I was introduced to Dr Reszko 8 years ago because I suffered facial scars from traumatic biking accident. She is an exceptional dermatologist who is extremely knowledgeable in her field. Type of care: office is a scam that tries to push unnecessary treatments on you, even when you come in for a prescription. They don't take insurance yet attempt to bill your insurance, and ask you to bring your insurance card. Care Quality: poor, the 'doctor' pushes not only unnecessary treatments but also their receptionist is the one who does billing? And not a billing dept. They send emails that are threatening and threat to charge your card on file without consent. Seems like they have actually done this before with other patients based on some Google reviews. I didn't even get my prescription sent to my pharmacy as I was told it would be. Office experience : unprofessional, the receptionist not only hounded me on social media through her private account but also they tried to give me a sample product and charge me $300 for a free consultation b.c.i didnt purchase any products. They even sent a 'bill via email that had an address on it in a completely different Borough that wasn't even mine! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! AND FEEL FREE TO REPORT THEM TO THE AMERICAN HEALTH BOARD, AND APPROPRIATE MEDICAL BOARDS TO ACTUALLY GET THIS PLACE TAKEN OUT!!! read more

This is a really nice office on Park Avenue...Dr Reszko is really nice and professional. I took my daughter to see Dr Reszko a few times but I have a few issues with her practice. First, she doesn't accept insurance and her prices are ridiculously high! Second, she recommended my daughter do a very expensive laser treatment called AviClear. She said that after three treatments the acne would be permanently gone. My daughter had three extremely painful treatments, and after the third treatment, her acne was worse than before. When I confronted Dr. Reszko, she just said we have to wait. It's been four months since her last treatment and the laser did absolutely nothing except cause my daughter emotional stress. She also pushes you to buy products from her office which I always declined. I'm sure there are many amazing dermatologist in the city.. save yourselves time and money, and go to one that accepts your insurance and is not pushy! read more

I saw her for Melasma and hyperpigmentation treatment and she recommended some lasers which were pretty reasonably priced and the initial consult charge could be applied towards the treatment. She even sees patients late and on some Saturdays which works perfect for my schedule. I also used her product. The staff is nice and the clinic is very spa-like. I was a little skeptical, because I have seen too many examples of Fillers, Botox and Laser Treatments that make many women look "too done," but I did not want to have surgery and needed a pick me up, as I work on camera, and just wanted to look fresher in general. I have gone to dermatologists since I was a teenager (I'm 47 now) for acne and various skin issues and I received very little help and was often prescribed medications that just made things worse. Dr Reszko is the first dermatologist who handled my skin issues quickly and without medications. She used a combination of lasers and skin care products that were exactly right for my individual skin type and worked fast!
