When I spoke with the owner's son, he repeatedly emphasized that his family owns the business and insisted the mistake was not their fault, rather than taking accountability and working toward a resolution. What was most frustrating was the lack of customer service. Instead of offering solutions, I had to suggest them myself and even request my own refund. The interaction felt dismissive and rude, and there was little effort made to correct a problem that originated from their error. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes matters. Unfortunately, due to the way this situation was handled and the unwillingness to take responsibility, I will not be doing business with them again and cannot recommend their services.

She said the tall guy at the counter was friendly and said he could still help her out with everything. He helped her with printing what she needed, and helped package up the product nicely and attaching the label as well.
