I had a very disappointing experience with this business…read more After an address was entered incorrectly, I was told the address they had on file was correct rather than the address I originally provided. When I spoke with the owner's son, he repeatedly emphasized that his family owns the business and insisted the mistake was not their fault, rather than taking accountability and working toward a resolution. What was most frustrating was the lack of customer service. Instead of offering solutions, I had to suggest them myself and even request my own refund. The interaction felt dismissive and rude, and there was little effort made to correct a problem that originated from their error. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes matters. Unfortunately, due to the way this situation was handled and the unwillingness to take responsibility, I will not be doing business with them again and cannot recommend their services.

We're on a time crunch because we let so much time pass after our wedding to get this finished and we were a little stressed about our mess up. She helped up figure it out and was beyond sweet and kind. What Vanessa doesn't know is I lost my mom a couple of weeks after our wedding and that's why it's taken us so long to finish the forms. California employees are required un-interrupted 30 minute meal break but the customers need a specific time frame how much longer to wait and since she is relieving the person on break she should know what to do with minimal coaching, I felt that the 2 associates there yesterday did not try to help each other that i have to wait for an unknown amount of time to be helped.
