I went there as a new patient had a teeth cleaning done by The dental hygienist Kara she was so gentle and did a great job. I also had a crown done by Dr Tracy and she did a great job, I didn't even feel when she give me the injection for numbing. This 2 star goes to how nice the office is and couple nice staffs there. However, I decided to change to the new dentist since I didn't really have a good experience here. Just overpriced and tried to push me for unnecessary services (according to my new dentist). So I asked Karina for the release X-ray result, she sent me email for me to fill up the release form without caring to tell me all the detail of how to do it. I called back and the person who answered didn't have the answers and said they will give me a call back. No one did! I had to go get a new examination when you can just transfer it to my new dentist. Just unprofessional, careless and unfriendly reception and this bad review most likely goes to Karina. Dr.John Taddey and his team have been absolutely wonderful in every interaction I've had with them. I've never written a yelp review before but felt compelled to share my experience with this office because they've been so amazing!! I got my first crown here a few months back and was really nervous but Dr.Taddey truly went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable both before and after the procedure. They are heavy into selling products and services that are really not needed. I purchased a whitening treatment and teeth cleaning with the hopes of being able to return every 6 months for cleaning and maintenance when needed. When there they give the constant selling of toothpaste and toothbrushes that are supposedly better then any one else sells. The front desk gives diagnoses of cavities and deep cleaning that should come from the mouth of the doctor. Most of what was quoted to me was not needed. If I hadn't gotten a second opinion I would have wasted a good amount of money and time. The saddest part about the business practice is if they would have been honest and asked to schedule my next cleaning instead of everything else that seems to carry a commission I would have been back. read more

I have a dentist phobia. I made an appointment for a general check up after 3.5 years of not seeing a dentist, (my bad). The staff was so great! Kara gave me the best advice regarding my receding gums and tooth sensitivity. The whole process was literally pain free. I went to Dr. Taddey's office about a month ago. I was attracted to the fact that it was a family dentist ran by father and daughter. I was told that I needed 5 cavities filled all to be fully paid for by my insurance which I have had for over 15 years. I asked the office repeatedly if my work would be covered fully by my insurance. I was reassured that it would be. I was later billed for the work. I called to discuss the bill with Dr. Taddey's office. One of the office mangers told me to take the matter up with my insurance company she then purposely hung up the phone on me. I called back to discuss my concerns with a different woman in the office who told me that I was justifiably hung up on. I have been going to the dentist before I could talk never have I ran into any of these problems. Their work is not the best I have had would rate it 3 stars I was worked on by Tracy Taddey. One reason that I was not satisfied with her work was because of the bite. When I went back to adjust it I was drilled on by a tech, not a dentist. I gave them a 1 star because of the lack of respect I was shown. I do not expect to receive free dental work I do however expect to be told how much my bill is before hand. If I were you I would try my luck at a different dentist one that is professional and treats their patients with respect. read more

I had my crown reattached and a cleaning here on separate occasions. The dentists were fine and the office is very nice/clean. However, I'm not a fan of the front desk personnel. I left a message about tooth pain after reattaching the crown and never received a reply. The pain eventually did not bother me as much so I decided not to follow up with them. When I went for a cleaning, hygienist and dentist were great but the others were speaking spanish to each other and showed little interest in me as a patient. After my cleaning, I was told that they would email me an estimate for some preventative fillings before my next appointment. I never got the email. When I got my reminder phone call, I decided to cancel my appointment even though the cost was "only" $140 according to the girl I spoke to. My phone conversations with the front desk also showed a lack of patient interaction ettiquacy. My crown is bothering me again but I will not be returning to this office due to what I've stated above and parking/distance. I would be more than happy to go out of my way for an awesome dental office but my experiences here were not great enough. read more

There is some sort of FRAUD happening here. Went to visit Dr. Taddey for my first time and was please with the treatment I received. After my exam I was diagnosed with 7 cavities. I felt that to be a little overkill but went ahead and scheduled my appointment for fillings. With my skepticism I went to get a second opinion by another well known dentist. I expressed my concerns and gave him the purposed treatment sheet by Dr. Taddey. He closely examined the areas (even showing me pictures) they addressed looking for any inkling of why they might suggest a filling was needed. Turns out I only needed 3 fillings and there was only 1 additional area to keep an eye on. The other 3 areas they claimed needed fillings were CLEAR. I call FRAUD and an attempt to get more money. They are very nice but thief's to insurance! read more
