Before bringing my daughter here to Center Point Dental, we had been to two dental offices where my daughter was not treated well. I am so happy to have found this office because they are amazing. Always a great process from appointment setting, to appointment confirmation/updates. In my 7 years of going never had to wait more than a few minutes to be called in for my cleanings. Have had a few fillings and an emergency chipped tooth that they took me in same day. Best dentist office I've experienced and will always my business and referrals. All the staff is amazing and I always look forward to my cleanings with Richard as well. read more

So lucky to have found this dentist for an emergency and very painful toothache. The staff was friendly and reassuring, explaining everything along the way and giving treatment options. The dentist is experienced and skilled. He has a great way of being honest yet making it as easy on you as possible. Aftercare was easy to understand and in writing in case you forget something. The office is clean and taking precautions but definitely not a fancy place. On site parking in this area is also a bonus. Thanks to the whole team for taking care of me yesterday and working me into the schedule after a holiday without even knowing me. Forever grateful Megan. read more

Not kidding. I haven't felt this comfortable at the dentist ever. Penny at the front desk always remembers and greets us with a smile and hello, the hygienists are kind and quick, and Dr. Aras always explains what he's doing while proceeding without causing pain, and his quick wit is always appreciated. This is a great group of people who really take care of you. I've been coming here for over ten years and they have taken great care of my teeth. I've had the most interactions with Penny (works at the front desk and runs the show) and Richard (coolest and best dental hygienist ever) who make it seem like going to the dentist is like taking a trip to see family and catch up. I've had plenty of other work done including fillings and onlays etc. and the doctors do a great job and make sure that you are as comfortable and pain free as possible! Such a good group and would highly recommend. read more

I recently needed my teeth cleaned and found this dental office via Yelp and as the reviews read ...this office was great! My first time there and the staff was very kind, warm and welcoming. I had my teethed clean by the hygenist Richard & I absolutely loved him!!! FUNNY, friendly & informative. Dr. A was very kind too & went over everything with me. My 5 star experience continues with the successful replacement of my #9. While Dr. McCleave helped me with #8 7 years ago, Dr. Aras continues Centerpoint's tradition of patient-1st personal care. I honestly believe I would have been left with a bridge or worse if not for Dr. Aras's creativity in working with my particular situation. I am very pleased with my #9 implant and its crown. This is the best Dentist I've ever been to they make you feel like you're part of the family, Penny & Maria are always really nice and pleasant even when I rarely show up late, You definitely won't miss your next appointment with their text and or calls to remind you about your next visit. Had another appointment lined up right after one time and they were waiting for me when I got there and made sure I was out the door in time to make it to my next appointment . At Center Point Dental Group Our dentists strive to provide quality personalized dental care in a relaxed and comfortable environment. We have several dental specialist as part of our team so we can provide you with orthodontics, periodontology, endodontic, oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry and implantology all under one roof! Our dentists attend many hours of continuing education so that they can provide the most advanced treatments using state-of-the-art technology. We are conscience of our environment as well as our patient's health and well being. We take a holistic approach to dentistry. We use digital X-rays in our office, which use far less radiation than standard X-rays and are much more comfortable for you. Digital X-Rays use no films or chemicals to develop so they are safer for our environment. We also only use tooth colored resin fillings which allow us to restore your teeth without the use of silver mercury amalgam. We use a steam autoclave sterilization process which also reduces the use of chemicals.

Our practice started with Dr. Weikel in 1945, Dr. McCleave joined practice in 1969 and Dr. Aras joined the practice in 2010. Our office takes pride in offering quality dental care in a friendly environment. We have generations of patients and families that continue trusting us to care for their dental needs.

Meet the Business Owner: DR Aras, H.

Hamit Aras was born in Tabriz Located southeast of Azerbaijan. He relocated to Ankara,Turkey when he was in high school and completed his education there. After graduating dental school he started his Ph.D in periodontal disease with research in the biochemistry field. His thesis (the effects of NSAIDs on gingival crevicular fluids myeloperoxidise & elastase of periodontitis) was published in the Journal of Periodontology (Official publication of American Academy of Periolodontology) in May 2007. Dr. Aras was a faculty member in the same school that he was trained at (University of Haccettepe, Ankara), until 2001 before moving to the USA. After completing required training and exams he became a licensed dentist in the state of California. He has been practicing general dentistry with his experiences in periodontology since moving to California He is currently a full time dentist at Center Point Dental Group. He is an affiliated member to ADA (American Dental Association), CDA

I don't like change so I stayed for convenience. Turned out: it meant constant inconvenience. They regularly cancelled appointments, and then rescheduled weeks and even months later (as they overbook). Today, they just announced they no longer take my CA teachers' insurance (not a big enough profit). As I most recently waited three months to be rescheduled--and I'm late for xrays and a cleaning--I questioned them. They said I should trust the dentist and want to pay out of pocket. Absurd. This is a for-profit venture, with everything revolving around funding O'Brien's family. Left high and dry in the most uncaring way.

I have been coming here since 2022 and have always been satisfied. I don't love going to the…read moredentist and they make it not so terrible and my teeth are healthy. I have gotten services like a regular cleaning, root canal and deep cleaning and haven't been traumatized once. It's a comfortable space, adequate room to move around and not cluttered. If I hadn't needed care so urgently I would have cancelled my appointment as I no longer felt confident my personal information was safe in their hands. I also felt like they were constantly trying to upsell treatments by making me feel like I only had one option for care.
