Second time getting my nails done here and Chris and his staff are amazing!!! Love this place it's clean and welcoming. Pictures don't do justice to how adorable my nails look. 10/10 go to nailfile!!! For the first time here I asked Chris to do some designs on my nails and he delivers. ( three photos) the second time I wanted to keep it simple but still beautiful there is a shine on the nail color.

This time I set an appointment with Chris and had my nails done by Sofie - super sweet and has THE softest, gentle hands. It really is the little things for me, so I appreciate that they paint the nail to the edges and that it's not thick! Just a heads up! They're going to be switching to cash only, but prices are reasonable and worth going to the ATM for.

The very first time I walked in many years ago I was greeted with positive vibes. The pedicure is the best and she always takes her time which I love. Try the hot stones or sugar scrub you won't regret it. Chris is the best for my nails, he always leaves them looking new. He never tells me NO or you shouldnt when I always decide on my color pink even if it's every shade of pink every time I come back lol. read more

First time trying out this nail place since I live out of town. I went in for a pedicure only, was helped right away. I enjoyed the fact that you are able to customize your service and receive the add-ons you prefer. The staff is very friendly, will be returning if in town and need a pedicure. read more

I come from Rancho cucamonga to Nailfe because I enjoy the service and time chris takes doing my nails. I used to go to LA on Cesar Chavez,but when I'd go,I'd be back in 2 weeks w a broken nail or two. Here my nails last a month or more. I get compliments wherever I go to the market or to vegas.. thier prices are reasonable too, so come on in and give it a try. You'll be happy read more

I've been in here 2 times now, the service is great and the owner of the place is nice and lets you know exactly what you're paying for and how much. This is a plus compare to other salons that hit you with an extremely high service bill. Plus on Tuesday this place gives $20 dollar pedicures...BARGAIN!! read more

Love this salon! Everything about it! Chris who is the owner cares about the quality of your nails and can make your nails into any shape from any shape . And also can do so many designs . The pedicures are ALWAYS ON POINT and the ladies always take their time and really care if it feels good ! Chris offers a deluxe pedicure and it's the best feeling in the world ! I use to live down the street and i moved and i still come to see Chris and his crew ! I love this place! I found it on a day when I was trying to fit in a pedicure at the last minute. I had already gone to two salons who had turned me down cuz they were too busy. This one took me right away and I have no idea how they were able to do that because the service here is amazing! It's cheaper than any pedicure I've paid for in the past 10 years, and worth more than any of them as well. The people are kind, the colors are vibrant, the massage chairs are... Well. Well those are always wonderful! I also liked how clean everything looked. I'm so excited to have a new nail place! And even though I can never make it on a Tuesday, they're Tuesday. Special is a $20 pedicure which is just insanely cheap! read more

I don't ever leave reviews but this is something that should be shared so it doesn't happen again to anyone else. My daughter and I both went here around a month ago. The older gentleman new I believe attended my daughter with a gel manicure after a week the gel started to peel off and under her nail you can see a green nail fungus. Lucky it is going away now. On the other hand I went in for a pedicure and as well like my daughter I came out with a toe fungus. Sadly my nail did not have the same luck as my daughter. I really hope the start cleaning their tools more and sanitize more. Please make sure this does not happen to you. read more

He will recommend what's best and you either take his advice or continue with your original choice. I think my next service will be what he recommended. Very down to earth and personable. Tried a new spot after having the same manicurist for over 20 years. I am 100% pleased with the results. Chris told me the cost before he started working on my nails. He communicated with me the entire time from nail shape to color. Overall, it is highly recommended, and the prices are reasonable. read more

Even though I've never gotten my nails done here before, I knew I would not be disappointed. My mom has been coming here for years, and she likes it so much that she comes here all the wsy from Moreno Valley. I myself live in Hawthorne, so it was a little drive for me as well. Chris not only met but exceeded my expectations. He checked with me every step of the way as he worked on my full set to make sure I was liking the way they were turning out. I didn't get the ladies' names who did my pedicure, but she also took her time and checked in with me as well. All in all I had a great experience getting my nails and toes done here. I do recommend calling ahead of yime to make sure they're open and definitely make sn appointment whenever possible snd ask for Chris. Thank you so much Chris! read more

Chris is my nail tech. He always aims to do the best job. Whether that it is the shape, color, or design. What I like the most is he spends quality tIme each time and my nails never breaks, they last long, and I'm always getting compliments even when I think I need a fill. I've been to other places and no one can match the work that I've seen Chris do on my hands. Anyone reading this should definitely believe me when I say that, you will not be disappointed at all. Overall my experience at Nailfie is satisfying. I enjoy their spa massage chairs, there are a variety of scrubs and treatments to add on. My favorite is callous removal and paraffin (where your feet is dipped into the warm wax). Also there is numerous of colors to choose from especially gel which I like. You never have to get the same color twice. read more

The man at the counter just stared at us looking confused, while another employee asked what we wanted in a very rude and unwelcoming tone. When I explained that I had just called about a walk-in manicure, she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. She then started asking "One manicure? Two? What do you want?" in an almost interrogating tone instead of simply greeting us or telling us to have a seat and pick colors like they used to. The whole interaction felt awkward, dismissive, and honestly uncomfortable. Customer service and basic courtesy matter. We ended up leaving because I'm not giving my business to a place that treats customers that way. Really disappointing experience. If only I could give this place a zero, I would.

Eight days after that $180 set, one nail completely fell off with no pain. Anna said she didn't know why it happened, booked me three days later to fix it, and charged me $20. Four days after the repair (about two weeks after the original set), 9 out of 10 nails were lifting from the sides. Again, Anna said she didn't know why and initially told me to come back in three days. I explained I was concerned about moisture and possible fungus, and suddenly she had availability the same day. That was frustrating. When I arrived, Anna didn't examine my nails or apologize. Another tech removed and reapplied a new set, and I was charged $80. Within two weeks, I had spent $280 total. I was only given a $20 gift card. Eleven days later, my thumb nail fell off again. When I reached out, Anna once more said she didn't know why. After spending hundreds of dollars here, I'm very disappointed with how this was handled. The customer service was poor, and I would not recommend this salon.

Got my nails done with my girlfriend for her birthday and the customer service was genuine and kind. Chris was very polite, checking in on my girlfriend if she was okay, if she liked the design, and if anything was hurting to let him know. Also, he didn't charge for one of our designs due to being a little backed up and we had to wait a little longer but he was very kind and apologized for being backed up (not his fault). The ladies here were also very polite and have a soft touch. The Nailfie here is very pristine, clean, and very well put. He was very upfront about the pricing so no surprise charging and was also recommending some good designs. I highly suggest anyone looking to get their nails done to definitely come check this place out! I will definitely be returning, the nails turned out phenomenal! read more

This is by far the best nail spa I have ever been. I've always had a hard time searching for the perfect nail spa until I found Chris. He is by far the best nail guy I have came across. I have been with him for years. He takes his time with you and always makes sure you are happy with your nails. Even sometimes when I have no idea what kind of design or style I want, Chris is there to help. I just give him a color and he does the rest. He comes up with the most amazing designs and I am always so impressed every time when he finishes. He can work with any type of nails. From regular, to gel, to acrylic. First time coming to this salon since the new owner came in, and I love it! The old owners were not very friendly and it all felt rushed and weird, but with the new owner everything is so friendly and time is taken to ensure that your nails are perfect and to your liking, the owner makes suggestions and I so recommend that you take it! I LOVE the nails he recommended to me and personally I would have never even thought to choose them, but I'm so so happy he introduced them to me because they are a new favorite, for sure. My birthday is tomorrow so I wanted to get my nails done ! So I yelp like always and this place popped up near me. I called to make an appointment with Chris who I saw nothing but great comments! He took me in and I must say I have NEVER BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH GOOD POSITIVE ENERGY. He was very patient and asked so many times about my nails if they're okay! I told him I wanted some "natural looking nails." I must say I love my nails! Also he saw my toe nails were a colored with a different color since I got a pedi two days ago! Nailfie Salon is a great place for everyone's nail needs! I had a very hard time looking for a good, clean, and great customer service nail salon especially with my medical condition and i finally found it! Chris and all his staff were very welcoming from day one! I have MCTD and my hands and feet have been affected by the arthritis and the staff there have always made sure they are very gentle and take care of all my concerns. If you haven't been to this nail salon i recommend you do. Friendly staff makes you feel comfortable. Get you nails and feet done while listening to some good music. As for Chris the nail technician he is the best. Ive been going to him for 3 yrs and not one complaint what so ever. His nails dont break or fall off. Plus he helps you choose what color you like. By far the best nail salon I've been to in El Monte. I recommend this place 100%. You mention what you're looking for & they will bring you're vision to life. The combination of the colors chosen are a perfect pick for the upcoming festivities. This is my 3rd time coming back. BTW they worked with my natural nails only adding a small touch of acrylic. I went in about a week ago and had a really good experience. The place was super welcoming. My pedicure lady was great, she took her time and did an awesome job. Only thing I didn't love was that the ladies kept chatting with each other in their own language the whole time, which felt a bit awkward. Not a huge deal, but it did take away from the relaxation. I am normally really picky on where to get my pedicures. My normally lady just retired and is still more time with her family. Which forced me to find a new pedicurist. I looked up reviews on nail salons and although this one is new it has the best reviews. So I decided to give it a shot and I loved it. Their spa chairs are new and very clean. Pedicure and eyebrows As you all know , some people don't want to post pictures of their toes, but I just wanted to say that today I had my pedicure done and I had a very relaxing time. My nails are always great when I come here, I've been coming here since they open and they have great massage chairs to enjoy meanwhile you are getting a pedicure and how smooth my feet end up ! This is the go to nail salon! Chris the owner always takes care of me make sure I am happy with the service. Clean and friendly place it's a new shop!! I always come to Nailfie and I'm never disappointed. Chris and Sophie both do an amazing job on my hands and feet. Chris always makes my appts and I never have to wait to get seated. Phenomenal custumor service! Chris is very kind and gave us discounts on some of the design for making us wait (less than 20 minutes mind you). The nails he did on my boyfriend and I were great quality. He checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my nails. They turned out amazing! Found a nail salon with reasonable prices and fantastic service. After COVID-19, nail salons are charging an arm and a leg, but nailfie is the place to get your nails done. Chris is tentative to your every need. Chris takes time doing nails and is not done until you are happy, which is why I come back every time, in addition to the prices. read more

Chris is wonderful. I always had Gels and never had acrylic on my nails before and now I'm hooked. They look so natural and they last! Chris really knows what he is doing and the shop looks great! I would recommend you to go in and let the master of acrylic show you what he can do. read more
