After not finding them the first time, I asked an employee for help. I had to ask two people for help before I found them. I was disappointed at the selection available. I was able to get three pairs of shoe laces for about $7.00. I almost feel forced to recommend them because they are one of the only physical shoe stores around, and I like trying on shoes before I buy them. I have tried a few others, including seeing a podiatrist. First, I would recommend to make an appointment ahead of time as they were busy. When it was my turn, the consultant was very friendly and listened attentively to my reason to visit. After taking some measurement, we went on to try on the inserts. I was skeptical, but I can feel a difference! A good difference. One thing you should be prepared is the cost. It is a lot but I must say that it is not like any inserts that you could get in the stores.
