I stopped by Trademark a while back with my bf and fur baby, and we had a lovely time. We visited on a weekday and the brewery was quite empty. I loved how spacious it was inside and huge plus for being dog-friendly! I also enjoyed how they offer a variety of cute pinball machine games to have fun with as you enjoy your brews. The service was also generally good from what I remember. Overall, definitely recommend to anyone in the area seeking a laidback brewery!

Excellent collection of beer served in a friendly atmosphere, but the place does not have any food unless you count the food truck right outside the restaurant. The interior space is commodious and offers a great space for large groups or events. It seems that the chess club meets there as well as the Century Club of Long Beach for their social. There's no dedicated parking in downtown Long Beach, so you have to count on your luck to find a decent spot. Don't take any chances by parking in the shopping center next door.

Great brewery off Anaheim & Long Beach. There is free parking on 1401 Long Beach. There is also street parking which can be difficult. It has plenty of tables and benches and you can sit inside or outside. There are a couple of TV's and ping pong tables. There was also a caterer that served hamburgers. We didn't order any. The beer was very good. I would return.

I came here for the first time for a girls' game night and I love this brewery! the drinks were really good! I'm not a huge beer drinker but I tried Tiger Blood, and that one was so good! There's also a guy who makes pizzas outside and the pizzas are really good too. I like that this brewery is really open and spacious, the staff is nice and welcoming, TVs to watch games and pinball machines too! I will definitely be coming back!

Their sours were not only on tap but were also super delicious. Slushy drinks available too. Usually have food vendors on the weekends and do host events here like brewery yoga, trivia and more. Playa de Noche is similar to a Negra Modelo but better!! They only had it available in bottle form and would pour it out for you so that's a bummer. The Tiger Blood (blood orange wheat) reminded me of a Hefeweizen and it was amazing. Real brewery vibes where you can see the tanks behind. Tons of Pinball machines to play too. Big space with lots of seating and open windows. Very family friendly environment. Parking can be tricky but most place in Long Beach are -- comes with the territory. Really nice staff and quick service even when it's busy.

Cool place, cool pinball machines. But, nothing to write home about. Beer was ok. It was SO hot inside and mosquitoes kept biting us up. This place would be much more enjoyable if they had AC or fans or something.

Great spot to hang out with friends with a great beer. They have a taco truck outside sometimes. Check out their trivia nights, those were a great time!

I visit Trademark Brewing for Board Game Nights on Tuesdays. They offer $5 first pours if you are playing a game. There is a Mahjong club and a Chess club that meets there weekly, and other people bring their board games as well. They have a wide selection of beers, and probably a little something for everybody.  I did ask for a brewery tour one time. They were very nice and gave it to me, but the guy had no idea where or what anything was. I hope they're able to give more educational guided tours in the future! It's a cool open space brewery.

I enjoyed this brewery! I actually went for a floral arrangement class. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Multiple pinball machines and the inside is large and open. It was a casual ambiance where the service was positive. I'll add a picture of my arrangement. It sounds like they have a variety of events that are hosted on certain days of the month which is great for gathering friends and the social aspect of things!

Trademark Brewing has some awesome beers and has great space for parties or casual hangouts. I especially loved the Hazy IPA (Cricket Sweater) and the Mexican Lager (A La Playa) beers. The Michelada was just ok. I've been here twice now, and both times the food trucks were on point. The brewery itself is clean, kid-friendly, and had a great vibe with awesome music. Parking was easy (for us) with street spots nearby but I could also see this being an issue on busy days. Definitely a solid spot to come back to! We didn't have any issues with the service.

I'm so glad this place is less than a mile from my house. My gf and I stopped by for the first time and the staff were really cool. Great variety of beers and the place is well laid out.

We recently had our office holiday party here and it's a great space with wonderful staff! We found parking around the corner. We set up off to the side and back along barrels and the brewery set up. We catered and provided food for our party so I didn't get a chance to check out the food truck that was posted up that night. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I only had one drink that night and REALLY enjoyed the michelada. My husband was happy they had the football playoff games too! The place overall is VERY spacious and has a great atmosphere. We'll definitely check Trademark out again!

Communication leading up to our wedding was consistently poor. Emails and messages often went unanswered for days, which created a lot of unnecessary anxiety during an already stressful time. During our final walkthrough, Ciara reassured us that we would not be rushed to remove our belongings after the wedding and could even return Monday or Tuesday. She specifically shared that she had been rushed after her own wedding at this venue and did not want to do that to us. Unfortunately, the day after our wedding, that is exactly what happened. Our vendor arrived during the 12-2 p.m. pickup window we were given, only to find the venue locked. After multiple unanswered calls and texts, Ciara arrived nearly an hour later, resulting in our vendor charging us for the wait. At that same time, we were suddenly told all of our belongings needed to be removed that day, giving us essentially an hour to figure it out; completely contradicting what we had been told during our final walkthrough. Our wedding itself was wonderful, but the lack of communication and follow-through caused so much unnecessary stress before and immediately after it. As beautiful as the space is, based on our experience with management, we would not host another event here or recommend it to friends or family.

My wife and I discovered The Modern during a special event right before I proposed, and we knew that if we ever got married, this would be the place. Following our engagement, we had a tour of the place with Mary, and we were 1000% convinced with the place since Mary came with the package lol. The communication throughout the course of our planning was outstanding, and both Abel and Mary addressed all our inquiries and concerns without hesitation and with clear answers. While the conditions of the contract initially seemed rigid, all guidelines and expectations were stated clearly, and both Abel and Mary provided all the support necessary to ensure the vendors understood and executed per the contract accordingly. All terms of the pricing were transparent, and we found the costs to be worth every penny, as we were 1000% satisfied with the venue. Through the course of our two-year planning, Abel and Mary were available and offered the walkthroughs necessary for the vendors and us to plan accordingly and execute an impeccably perfect wedding. Mary did an outstanding job and exerted so much patience with both my Wife and I through the course of food and drink tasting. She assessed our preferences and perfected our specialty cocktails and food menu to reflect my wife, our guests, and I. We appreciated the opportunity to host our rehearsal brunch at their Kitchen and Bar located below the venue. Our guests enjoyed getting a small taste of the delicious food and drinks they'd be having the following day at the actual wedding. The day of the wedding could not have unfolded so perfectly, both aesthetically and logistically. Abel and Mary coordinated and collaborated in unison with our group of vendors, and they really outdid themselves by providing the foundation to our dream wedding, literally. They did an amazing and efficient job at flipping the venue space for the reception. All while our guests were enjoying themselves in the lavish lounge during cocktail hour. The venue itself is perfect. It is very modern, clean, spacious, classy, and their furniture and greenery were the perfect accessories necessary to complete our wedding day. And that's not all. The VIEWS are one of a kind as the venue has an entire wall space made up of windows that overlooks Long Beach Airport and an outdoor terrace that allowed us and our guests to enjoy the views. We literally had airplanes flying up and down during our entire wedding, with a grand exit of us flying off in a helicopter. My wife, our guests, and I cannot believe how perfect the entire day turned out. They will not stop raving about how perfect and beautiful everything turned out. From the food to the drinks and the wonderful bartenders, and of course to how magically, beautiful our wedding was. None of which would have been possible without the fantastic venue, Abel, Mary and their team. While we are saddened to turn the chapter from the wedding planning and wedding, we are so so so happy we chose The Modern. I had breakfast here this weekend. The waiters were friendly and attentive as always, and it's nice to see familiar faces. The food, though, has really gone downhill. I'm not a picky eater, but the biscuits and gravy were just... gross. The biscuit was flat and mushy, and the gravy was bland and clearly out of a can or bag. It even had these thin, uniform little squares of sausage in it, more like something you'd find in dog food than the small chunks of fried, browned sausage you'd expect. Biscuits and gravy is like 90% just made of flour, so I have a hard time believing the premade version is actually saving much money over making it fresh. The kitchen already goes through so much sausage that it seems like an easy fix to use real drippings and meat instead of whatever this was. The hash browns were bland too, undercooked inside and overcooked outside. And the "maple syrup" was high fructose corn syrup with brown dye and flavoring. No one wants to feed that to their kids. I'd happily pay a dollar more for real syrup. Everyone's cutting costs these days, but there has to be more pride and care put into the food you serve patrons. We love this restaurant and hope to see the quality back to where it was. The waiters and cooks deserve better ingredients to work with, and the neighborhood regulars who count on this place deserve better too.

The soda fountain we paid $400+ for was soda cans in a small metal ice tub. Booking they say they give you two hours to set up before your wedding. Not true. They start setting up their part two hours before and once they had all the tables down then we could set up. They say they are transparent about booking in the same space before you. They didn't tell me they booked a baby shower until 3pm when my wedding was at 6pm until I asked the day before. **If you book, negotiate to be the only booking for that space** A two hour set up right before our wedding was awful! We had to set up in full hair and make up and missed many first look opportunities. The worst part was after working like crazy to get it all ready right before we walk down the aisle, our details coordinator brought in other potential clients to show off the space. Instead of ensuring our desserts were taken care of. Would not recommend for a wedding.
