I think you may want to retrain your staff on how to handle customers in the future. Granite, I ordered the wrong item, but I guess they still won't take it back all it was with some coffee filters. Future online buyers beware if you order something wrong, their customer service claims to be concerned to handle good customers but for us never got back to us.

After visiting several times however, I can't say I was even remotely surprised to come here to Yelp and find that my neighbors have a scornful view of how the place is run which matches my own. I am not really a rant type of guy, but this place really needs some work to be on an even keel with other Jewel locations I have visited. The produce is not very fresh, some of the bread I have purchased has been moldy within 48 hours, and most of the employees I have interacted with have been either aloof or else acting like I am putting them out to ask for something. Chances are high I will still be returning to this place at some point based upon the fact that it is so close. There are just times I don't feel like venturing out far, especially when it's as cold as it has been this Winter. However, I will certainly not be doing the bulk of my shopping here until I see some clear evidence of improvement.

It was great to find out that do weekday deals (Mon-Thurs) on ready to eat items like salad bar, sandwiches, soup, sushi. I also loved that they had easy meals to purchase and cook at home as well as a large selection of Sweet Ali's Baked Goods. I ended up getting their soup and fresh baked focaccia to take home. It travelled well and was delicious to enjoy! While I wouldn't do all my grocery shopping here, they have quite a few gems here to enjoy!
