Most companies with decent customer service would honor something like that. As someone with 15+ years in customer service, it's disappointing to see an establishment with so much potential fall so short in this area. The staff comes across as cold, monotone, and uninterested in helping customers. To make matters worse, there seems to be little to no manager or lead support available to assist with bigger issues. Unfortunately, the customer service here has been a zero every time I've visited.

This time around I really enjoyed the flower picking option which you can get a very large bundle for five dollars then you can also visit outback of their establishment of the very large harvesting area of their crops. Lots of produce provided by lots of local vendors brought in by large bin loads.. This time, I also noticed that they have peanuts that you can pick from a bin inside as well. Or just do what I do and order through the app. The Drive Up & Go service has always been convenient for me. The only downside is the people who park in the designated pickup spots even when they're not picking up an order. There are tons of regular parking spots, so why they do this is beyond me. My other gripe: they are always out of Cherry Dr Pepper and Blackberry Dr Pepper. They only ever seem to stock a few cases at a time, and of course they sell out immediately. (They also have a counter near checkout where you can buy cooked pizza(whole pies or by the slice) Checkout can be a little slow as it is a self bagging setup, but they usually have a healthy number of clerks working, and there is a self checkout lane for tgose with lower number of items.
