I love this store! They have just about anything you need. They have a lot of vegan options which I'm a fan of and they always have new products. There's good and bad to that, as you may find, some of your favorite items, swapped out for new items occasionally. The employees seem to always be happy and take care of their customers. I have bought some produce in the most recent past that were not the best quality and they were happy to re-turn and/or exchange them for me without any hassles. There are times when it's nice and easy to shop here but then there are times when it's super busy and crowded. I love the music that plays in the store. I often end up singing, and low-key dancing around the store as I shop. read more

This was the second Trader Joe's we visited during our trip in Vegas. They had adorable mini shopping carts and I seen little ones grocery shopping with their parents, so cute. They had the chocolate gold coins my son requested. We stocked up on Batons as usual. When we were thinking about getting a certain box of cookies, I forgot what it was called but Jimmy noticed and made small talk. He said that it was very popular and he highly recommends. He was very sweet. The only things we were bummed not to find was anything ube, like the pancake mix, as I was told it's seasonal, and this certain design reusable bag. Customer service is always great whenever we come to a Trader Joe's. From those on the floor to the cashiers at checkout. I'm sure we'll be back to this location on our next trip. read more

I have been going to this Trader Joe's for years now and have never had an issue! Of course like with any grocery store depending on the time of day you go they might not have everything available and stocked up so it's best to go earlier before it gets too late or going during the week to beat the rush. The employees here are always amazing and make check out a breeze and always suggest new products to try. I only buy my produce/meats/veggies from here because no other store compares to the quality. We always find great frozen items that are easy to make and still give a great taste in comparison to any other frozen foods offered at other grocery stores. Of course, while we're in town my wife wanted to make a bulk stop visit to Trader Joe's. Everyone here was extremely kind and helpful. They even had mini-shopping carts for our daughter to entertain herself. All the workers I interacted with very helpful and patient. Our cashier, Brandon, was especially nice. Trader Joe's to the rescue! Mainly my go-to for flowers, greeting cards, seasonal goodies, and dinner emergencies! Then there are the staples, like Ube Ice Cream and the usual pick ups for friends in Honolulu (Cookie Butter, Cocoa Batons, Chocolate Covered Blueberries, Dried Fruits, skin care and reusable bags). I always keep my fur babies in mind. There's a section for them, too! Pre-COVID, I used to head to the back for a complimentary sample sized coffee and treat. It was a great pick-me-up prior to shopping. Just tried the Kalbi (Korean Style Beef Ribs) and King Pao Chicken. Wow! Both were soooo flavorful. Excellent marinades and really great for a quick yummy and satisfying meal. Staff are friendly as usual. The food and drink selection is huge, the selections they have is awesome. The service from the staff at the Henderson location is always very friendly and very knowledgeable of their products. I wish there was a TJ closer to the south/west, alas, here we are. The new normal of standing in line to get it. Reminded me of getting into a club. But, a very well worth it Club with bomb food and friendly workers! All in all, it wasn't a long wait. Less than 10 mins for sure. Be sure to bring ur water (just in case) - it is summer in Vegas, after all. After getting "the essentials" of greeting cards, orchid/fern plants and everything bagel nut mix, you stand in line 6' apart and when you get to the register, you give them your cart and they call you when they're ready for you to pay. It wasn't bad or long of a wait. All in all, I felt like everyone was being safe and following protocol. So, it thank you Trader Joe's! read more

Stopped in here for my seasonal favorites, which they display all one area and also around the store which makes it super easy to find. Although this location is on the smaller side, the store is always clean and for the most park stocked. The employees are always helpful in finding the item you need or when it will be back in stock. I like Trader Joe's. I do find them a little pricey so I don't go here often. Sometimes when I just need a few things & feel like running into a store quickly I will come here. If your lucky you can get a parking spot right up front. Lines move fast here so you can get in & out real quick. The employee's here are always happy when ever I"m in here. I've never seen one person grumpy or not smiling. If I didn't already have a career I'd try to get a job @ Trader Joe's!! :-) They do have a lot of their own name brand products. I LOVE their peanut butter cups. I love to put them in the fridge & eat them cold. They are way better the Reese's. They have a great selection of pre made salads. Their chicken salad is good too but I do prefer more mayo cause its dry to my liking so I add just a little more mayo to it. They use to have this bomb lasagna that you just vented the plastic cover & put it in the microwave but they got rid of this & brought in something different & its not the same. :-( Trader Joe's is a great place to run in & grab a quick lunch to go too! With lose fruit, pre made salads, sandwiches, sushi, chicken salad, egg salad, etc. They have the best card selection too @ a real cheap price. .99 each. I always like to grab a couple here & there to store @ home to have them accessible when someone's bday comes up, simple thank you or a friendly hello that I want to drop in the mail. Everyday they have a little sample table in the back. This is a great idea because I've bought some products that I wouldn't have without tasting them first or even looked @. They also serve coffee too....I believe that's what it is??? I don't drink it so not sure. I LOVE their roasted red pepper tomato soup. Comes in a box. I always like to keep one on hand because when I'm sick this is a go to food item for me that helps me feel better. They have a big selection of chips, nuts, water & wine. There is some hard liquor there too. They hide a plastic lobster in the store for kids to find. If they find him they have to let someone that works there know & they get a prize. I always forget to look for him myself....lol They provide kids shopping carts so they can help shop too. Bring in your own reusable shopping bag or buy one of their cool ones & you can put your phone # down on a ticket & drop it in the box for a drawing. I've been doing it for years & not once have I won. I think the winner gets a gift certificate to the store?? If you definitely haven't hit up a TJ's yet you must!! There's more then one in town. If you know Trader Joe's, you know exactly how great they are!! This location is no different. Friendly employees, a clean store and well stocked! Their produce is always fresh. So are the plants and flowers. Make sure when you stop in you look for their monthly speciality products! Some of them are fantastic! And don't skip the spice isle!! They have some fantastic and unique spices. If I had to point out one problem area, it would be parking. But that's honestly because this location is in a busy strip mall. We often stop by this Trader Joe's if we go to the Costco at St. Rose. It's not a huge store but it has everything you really need. I typically go to Trader Joe's for their seasonal items but their seasonal items run out fast! So if there is something that you really want, be sure to call and ask if they have it first. I also like to get stuff from their frozen section -- they have a really good variety. A lot of them are quite delicious as well. We always get some of their non-diary frozen desserts such as the coffee ice cream with boba and their hold the dairy cones. Both are quite good and are easy on those who are lactose intolerant. Service is always friendly whenever we're here. If we're looking for something specific, we could ask anyone. They will look it up for us and let us know if they stopped stocking it for the season or they will let us know when it's going to come into stock. read more

My favorite Trader Joe's! There's plenty of parking, the employees are super friendly, I've only ever had to return one thing, and it was absolutely "no-hassle"! The store is small for a grocery store, but I usually find everything I need. They have a lot of fun seasonal items throughout the year, especially during the holiday season! They also have items that become discontinued; I'm still looking for my favorite black tea de la Crème to restock, but there is a nice substitute--the Organic Earl Grey Tea with bergamot. read more

We just moved to the area and this is the closest TJ to our house. We stopped in on a Monday. I was browsing the isles and asked my husband in a conversation where he thinks the broth is. One of the employees (Jay) overheard us mind you WHILE HE WAS OFF THE CLOCK AND SHOPPING FOR HIM SELF. Told us where the bone broth was and went and grabbed it from the other side of the store. Second visit at my local Trader Joe's and once again had an amazing experience! Everybody was warm and welcoming. The lines were organized and moving fast. Got some great essential groceries( milk, meats, fruits, veggies, and some) and spent less than $100! Trader Joe's had great deals and have some of the best meat and poultry I've tasted at a great price! I got the peanut butter dog treats for the first time for my pup for her birthday and she LOVED them ! Very excited to try out these cauliflower cheese raviolis! :) So far my entire skin care routine has been replaced with all Trader Joe's products and it's made a real difference in my skin and I get many compliments! I don't make it to this side of town often, so I rarely visit Trader Joe's, located at 10345 S. Eastern Ave. I didn't even remember if I had written a review of this store; that's how long it's been. I did for anyone curious, but I never check on previous ratings as a rule of thumb, to be fair. When I actually post this review, I will see if I gave it 4 or 5 stars previously. Even though this store is smaller than most, it is probably the best of the four or five in Las Vegas. The store is spotless, the aisles "feel" more expansive, and the staff like worker bees straightening, sorting, stocking, and organizing constantly. All Trader Joe stores are much like this one, but here at Eastern Ave, it seems the staff takes it one step further. I also noticed that the checkout area of this store is more open and less congested than other Trader Joe's in the valley. It could be that they've changed the layout to accommodate for the pandemic, but whatever it is, I like it. Since this store is approximately the same distance from the newer Summerlin Trader Joe's I frequent, I'll probably make a point to start coming here every other shopping day instead of always going to the Summerlin store. I usually have a great experience coming to Trader Joe's however, I called multiple locations asking if they had a specific item in stock. I was told the location 45 minutes away from me had them in stock and got them this morning. I drive all the way over in rush-hour traffic just to get there and be told that they have never carried this item. The woman that I spoke to was very dismissive and rude. She did not give any type of customer service or kindness or even suggest another item for me I had to go up to another worker to find a similar drink. I asked for her name and she continued moving around the pre made old fashioned drinks and walked away from me. Not great, thankfully an Aldis is coming to Vegas so no more trader joe's for me and my family. read more
