Never in my life have I went to a Trader Joe's and had an employee "David" tell me I could only buy 10 items. It's Christmas time! I wanted to buy these hand creams for gifts. They weren't limited edition items or anything and the store was literally closing. I am not sure why but he literally chased me down just to tell me and stop me. Maybe he's racist towards Asians. I didn't see any signs saying there was a limit. Horrible experience at this store. read more

I love TJs without a doubt, but I really love this location. It's a bit further to drive to this store, but it's absolutely worth it. The parking lot is easier to navigate. The store is clean and well organized. The thing that really seals the deal is the employees-they are the best! They give the place a relaxed and happy vibe. They are always so helpful and friendly. While in other stores they are engaging-here they really feel like they mean it. This is always the first store I hit each week and I always appreciate the warm welcome! read more

I have never been to a Trader Joe's that didn't have excellent customer service until I came to this one. I had two encounters. One asking a store clerk if they had an item in stock to which she had the most condescending and rude response that left me so off put. I then went to check out with my items and once again was met with the same customer service. Cashier did not greet me or pull out tray to put my basket and items that I was holding. I understand people have bad days, but seeing as I had two awful experiences in this store, maybe it just speaks to the culture of this particular Trader Joe's. I love Trader Joe's and have been coming to this location for about 4 years now. This place is awesome and I have no complaints. All of the employees are very friendly and helpful and I usually see the same faces all the time. They are also really good with returns, I remember one time they told me if I didn't like the product I bought I can always bring it back. And I have tested that theory and they were true to their word because I have open products tasted it and wasn't satisfied with the product and they openly took it back and allowed me to replace it with another item. Trader Joe's has some products that I will ONLY buy from TJ. I definitely recommend TJ and this location to anyone in the area read more

Dropped in for some salads, a wrap and some frozen food to keep me satisfied over the next couple of days. I'm an out-of-towner and the hotel came equipped with a fridge and microwave, so here I am grocery shopping. Every TJ I have been to seemed pretty much uniform as to offerings. I come from a city that has three of them. Honestly, I think this one did not have as much to offer as far as option for pre-made salads, sandwiches, and wraps... or spring rolls and sushi. Maybe because the demographics here isn't as the diverse, hence, the limited options? Or maybe I came at a bad time and they were clearly out of their full line of options? Anyway, I did leave with two salads, a chicken wrap, frozen chicken bowl and those addicting rolled spicy tortilla chips, like Takis. read more

Trader Joe's is always a treat for me. Specialty items, the affordable prices, and the neighorhood-grocery store feel always makes this store a pleasant visit. This was my first time visiting this location, and I enjoyed it. It is located in a shopping plaza with a McDonalds nearby and is right next to Daiso, a Japanese store full of knick-knacks. There is plenty of parking, and I came on a busy Saturday afternoon. Employees were helpful, and the store itself is rather large and spacious. I found everything I wanted. I tried the Garlic Naan chips (highly recommend) and the White truffle potato chips (I would not buy this again, not enough truffle flavor). read more

My kids love the selection of chips, dried fruit and nuts, along with lotions and toiletries, their sun screen is great!! Love coming here - either in the Corona Dos Lagos or Riverside at the Riverside Plaza location. They have so many selections of organic foods, the flowers are beautifully blooming, and since inflation has been at an all time high, their prices caught up with the other supermarkets and grocery stores. Tbh, it's looking like it's actually more affordable now to shop at TJ when you have no need to buy in large quantities or in bulk (that'd be Costco & Sam's club then). TJ has so many varieties of everything - fruits/veggies, cheeses, meats, wines, bread/pastries, flowers, sweets etc... it's the candy stores for the adults read more

I know many people that love this place, but I'm only an occasional fan. For my shopping needs this place isn't practical. I prefer to buy in bulk and like a large selection of fresh produce. Trader Joe's is not good for this. Trader Joe's has a lot of specialty items and a selection of organic, vegan , vegetarian, no GMO healthy type stuff. I do like their wine selection, and come here for hard to find healthy ingredients. This store is always clean and well organized. The staff are always helpful and friendly. read more

There is no reason why an otherwise good grocery store, should have such a filthy and disgusting restroom. There is literally feces splashed on the toilet, used panty liners on the floor, hair all over the sink, and the tile is soaking wet. Horrendous. read more

This store is a favorite of the community. It's been here for years and in recent weeks they have stepped up and kept their shelves fully stocked (although the orange chicken seems to be gone in the first few hours of opening) and now they're implementing a line that limits the amount of people that can be inside the store in order for everyone to be able to shop at a safe and social distance. The store is located off the 210 fwy. and Haven with a gorgeous view of Mt. Baldy to the north. Some of my favorite Trader Joe items are: dark chocolate peanut butter cups, crunchy slaw salad, chimichurri rice and their Hatch Valley salsa. Definitely a store to visit, especially since they're next to Handel's ice cream parlor! read more

Prices are a lot more reasonable and the staff are very friendly. The only drawback is that they don't carry as much organic produce.

This post is to warn anyone shopping at this location to be careful with your vehicle parked in their parking lot. Last week I was walking out of the store when I saw a red Trader Joe's market cart coming towards my vehicle at a fast speed. I was not close enough to stop it, and well it dented my white vehicle in two spot due to the impact and left two red dents. I contacted manager and he filled a report. I was later called and told that they cannot accept fault and would only offer me $150 as a "good gesture" what a joke!! A good gesture would be to fix my damn car!!!!! So please park at your own risk. This company is a joke! I now have to pay a $1,000.00 deductible or fix out pocket if damage is less than that. I will see you guys in court. *SHANNON WAS AMAZING* My mom had surgery to repair a stage 3 hiatal hernia and is on a liquid diet slowly transitioning into puree style foods so I brought her into TJ's for soups, as we were looking at them Shannon was stocking the items right next to the soups and struck up a conversation recommended the chili, we talked to her about my moms specialty diet and Shannon asked if she could show us their amazing yogurts that have a lot protein... she was VERY nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Finally a store that is prepared and organized! Mother's Day madness. Went early to get flowers. Not only did they have an abundance of selection on beautiful, fresh flowers but they had every register open and employees directing people to registers to keep the lines moving fast. I've always been a trader joe's fan, but I've recently had two experiences here in which the staff has went above and beyond for me. 1. I love their lite mozzarella cheese. It's a staple in my household. When I noticed they were out, a staff member went into the back to check if they had any there for me. He then brought me out 4 bags so I could purchase them! 2. Yesterday I came and did all of my shopping. Right before it was time to check out, I realized I forgot my wallet at home. The man helping me not only offered to keep an eye on my cart, but he moved it to the cooler for me so my cold and frozen items kept while I was gone. When I returned he went and retrieved my cart for me. The staff at this location really makes Trader Joe's THAT much better for me. I appreciate their kindness and helpfulness. read more

Most of the time when I come here the service is great and has great selections. Came here today (7/24 @ ~6:40pm) and was in line for I believe his name tag said "Connor." Taller young dude with longer brown hair, white necklace. He looked right at me, then went and took two girls from another line (i had 3 items, not even a basket) that had a full cart of stuff and took them to his line. I found it extremely rude as i was right there and saw how the other lines worked. Didn't even say anything to me or acknowledge me. Really didn't feel like the standard trader joes keeps their staff. I went to another line and a middle aged blonde lady helped me. She was super sweet and is exactly how most trader joe's employees are. This is the one time this has happened after the many times i've been here so i felt like i needed to say it, i will continue to come here, but the reason for the two missing stars. read more

One of my criteria on my list to my real estate agent, was that our new house needed to have a Trader Joe's close by.... and so we have it! LOL I'm lost at any other store. I walked into Sprout's one day and ended up at Trader Joe's to buy the rest of my groceries. I buy everything from: ======================= Salad Fresh produce Pizza dough Pasta Frozen meals (orange chicken etc.) Milk Butter Eggs Sugar Desserts (cheesecake, tapioca pudding, cookies, ice cream sandwiches) Tea Snacks Seasonings Juice (orange, apple) Bread (have gluten free) Butter Olive Oil Jams Dog treats Flowers Wine Greeting cards I've even tried their lotions and shampoo. All the staff there are friendly (as in any other Trader Joe's) and will usually strike up a conversation with you when they are ringing you up. The only reasons for me to step foot in another grocery store would be to buy CoffeeMate creamer (since I love their creamer), K-cups, or meat when it's on sale. I get so overwhelmed going to TJ on Sundays given it's one of the stores busiest days but today I had to come in & just as expected it was crazy busy. My social anxiety was over the moon & if it wasn't for Alicia helping me I honestly wouldn't have been able to get my grocery shopping done. She guided me & helped me gather my ingredients on a timely manner as well as recommended some new items to try. Her lovely personality & charismatic attitude made coming here my worthwhile.
