[[HIGHLIGHT]]I love this Trader Joes - it has a little dog and cat corner near the pet food with photos of the pets of workers and regulars.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]All sorts of cute cuddly creatures are photographed on the the board toward the back. My heart melted when I saw this older black cat with white little paws. He looked adorable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Cats and dogs - and all the reasons I like to hang on the internet. Love it love it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Never saw a TJs before with a pet wall - and I've been to many.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got my little kitty Mr. Moose some treats. He loves his treats. He goes crazy for them as if they had cat nip. He knows where I store them in the pantry and he keeps pawing at the door when he wants some. A few times already he likes to take his pay and push the door - while wedging his nose in to pry it open. I keep the treats up high otherwise I know he would overeat and then get a stomach ache. Mr Moose follows his nose and these treats smell really good - just like real chicken. Can't wait to go back to TJs and get more pet treats.

There is one reason why I am updating my review positively. It was the service that I received at the register from team member RHY! I am so used to the shoddy service here, with employees interacting & chatting with each other instead of focusing on the customer. Drives me nuts! He interacts with his customers with pleasant & complimentary comments & conversation. They need more like him here. He's going places in life. Great young man.

I was running errands and saw this Trader Joe's and decided to stop in for some essentials. The parking lot is large, but very busy and some of the spots are really tight. Definitely watch out for pedestrians and for other cars when you're parking and leaving. We have some items we love to get here like cheese sticks, white corn, couscous, and pasta. I was able to grab all of these and found them easily in the areas I'm familiar with from other locations. I also ended up grabbing a few random items that peaked my interest and when my hand-basket was full I headed to the checkout. The team member was really friendly and we made small talk during check out. They also bagged my items and made sure the bags wouldn't be too heavy. Overall a nice Trader Joe's stop and I was able to get all my favorite items.

Forever a Trader Joe's Girl Trader Joe's in Roseville is hands down my favorite place to shop. The prices? Unbeatable--way cheaper than most regular grocery stores. They're always stocked with everything I need (and plenty I didn't know I needed), and the vibe is just easy. The staff here is seriously the best--super friendly, helpful, and genuinely seem to enjoy working there. The customer service alone makes this place a standout. Whether I'm grabbing my staples or trying a fun new find, this Trader Joe's never lets me down.

Love coming here! I always find what I need and more. Fun to explore what kind of snacks they have. I also enjoy their floral & plants options. Perfect for snack packs as a present! Or just your regular shopping. I had not realized how inexpensive their seasonings are too! Their cashiers here are very kind and knowledgable of what they offer at this place.

There's so many reasons why this is my favorite Trader Joe's location...their customer service is the top one! As I was standing in an aisle, apparently looking sad because the product I came for was out of stock , an employee who was stocking shelves down the aisle noticed and asked what I was looking for. When I told her, she stopped what she was doing and ran and checked the computer to see if my item happened to come on the recent shipment...next thing I know, she disappeared in the back and emerged with an entire box! I did not ask for help, she proactively decided she was going to check in and then go above and beyond to make my visit great. It's this kind of exceptional customer service that makes me a loyal patron...their quality items, bountiful fresh (and affordable) flowers, and friendly staff will keep you coming back!

I absolutely love this trader Joe's so much mostly because of the customer service. Everyone (the workers) that I have encountered are super nice and always helpful. I just wanted to drop by to pick up salad dressing and mangos for my lunch and ended up getting more than I intended which is the usual anytime I go to TJ. I was waiting to get checked out and another cashier (Teyana) opened up her register and grabbed my basket and said that she'd check me out. She's so sweet and tried to spark a conversation. I love that all the TJ cashiers here actually do that. A little kindness and a smile goes a long way.

This is my absolute favorite location for Trader Joe's. The staff is always wonderful and friendly. The only thing that upsets me is when they are out of their hash-browns You would think they had gold in them or something because they fly out of the freezer case so fast. I bought 5 today, because I'm not missing out again! I mean 10 hash-browns for almost half the price of 1 McDonald's Hash-brown. That my friends is insane! And they only have like 3 ingredients. Also!! They have an amazing selection of gluten free products for my son at reasonable prices. Trader Joe's doesn't hide gluten in ingredients like natural flavors or yeast extracts. They are always very prompt with their correspondence as well. I love Trader Joe's! Don't sleep on their fall flavors, they are amazing! P.S. Bring back the Gluten Free Mochi Pancake mix plz!

The bread slices are enormous so they spread out all the veggies to fit the slice. I had ONE slice of pickle, one slice of tomato, three slices of avocado, two pieces of onion, and some lettuce on each half. It was really kind of astonishing to see how skimpy and pathetic it was. If it's a veggie sandwich with no meat and it's the same price, why wouldn't they add more veggies??? It's definitely not worth $5. I put everything on one half of the sandwich to try to fill up the bread and even then it was still skimpy. The employee seemed super irritated with simple questions I had (because I'd never been there) and just barked at me to fill out the little paper slip. There were no other customers so I'm not sure what the issue was.

Their ads come out Tuesday night on the handy Safeway app. The old school way (cutting coupons from ads) is still availablel. For the discounts, you can use your phone number. That gets you member prices, which saves you money. Without signing up for the Safeway membership, you will pay a substantial amount more. This store is very clean. It's nice to grab yourself a coffee at Starbucks while you shop. All the departments work very hard to maintain an organized space, although there are hiccups here and there. They have great weekly specials. One that I am fond of is their "$5 Friday," where they offer an items/items for a deal. At this store, if they are out of that item that is part of their $5 Friday, you snooze you lose. For example, Safeway was offering the beef short ribs at just $5 a pound in their meat deptartment back in mid January, but they ran out. Normally, if they're out of an item that's on sale, you can request what's called a "rain check" at check out. This "rain check" is good for 30 days after it is given to you. I just found out they do not offer "rain checks" at this store for $5 Friday items, as said by the new night manager on Friday February 6th. Thankfully, it was already provided to me in mid January by an employee that also did not know this was a rule. So they honored it. At this store, "rain checks" are available on other items that are on sale in the ad during the week. Since this Safeway is not close to where I live, two other Safeway's have told me they offer it on all items all the time because they want to keep the customers coming back. Even on the $5 Friday items. So, for the inconvenience of having to go to another store because of this, I did drop my star rating by 2. I like using self checkout. It is easy and quick. The card systems take Apple and Android pay. There is a checker available to help you if you run into any issues. One person watches over about 6-8 self check out stations. Regular check stands are still available, too. I won't stop coming to this store. My client lives around the corner and she has her favorite Safeway items, like that roasted chicken I just picked up for her. She loves drinking Sprite and about every other week, Sprite will go on sale at Safeway's as "buy 2, get 2 free" and every so often, "buy 2 get 3 free." How can you pass up a deal like that?!

Yet another negative review for this place... here we go!…read more I think Whole Foods has finally succeeded in pushing away a loyal customer. For the past year and a half, I've spent an absurd amount of money in this store -- especially in the meat department -- and the service has been consistently disappointing. The issue isn't with the entire store, but specifically with a few employees in the meat department who behave as if customers owe them something. I've dealt with head-shakings, condescending remarks, and an overall attitude that makes it feel like I'm inconveniencing them with simple, reasonable requests. I'm not asking anyone to go hunt down a cow -- just basic customer service. I'm done spending my hard earned money in a place that treats customers this way. I've switched to Nugget Market, and honestly, I should've done it a long time ago. The difference is night and day: I'm treated with respect, my business feels appreciated, and every request at their meat counter is met with a smile and a genuine "of course." And while we're at it -- the deli department at Whole Foods is another headache. The long waits, the lack of urgency, the "we'll get to you when we get to you" vibe... it's exhausting. All the negative reviews speak for themselves. I don't know what's going on with the culture at this store, but thankfully, it's no longer my problem. Goodbye, Whole Foods. Hello, Nugget!!!
