Internet orders seem to be this store's primary business. The store was bright, clean, well-organized, and offered a very wide variety. Prices on the whole were remarkably low. Technology abounds here, such as computers and scanners on all carts to enable shoppers to pay right from their carts. I purchased a few unique items I'd never seen elsewhere, and the cashier was truly friendly and enthusiastic.

You can shop down this aisle, with the freezer section on both sides of you and you pretty much end up with some type of cuisine from around the world! I bought some daffodils at $2.89 a bunch. They were all still closed and waiting to be brought home. I ended up buying 4 bunches so I can give some to my daughter and some to my client. Trader Joe's also has unique floral arrangements that you don't normally find at regular grocery stores. Within 24 hours, maybe less, they were opening up and had that beautiful bright yellow they daffodils are known for. I love buying quite a few bunches so that it looks fuller in the vase! As much as I loved these flowers, they didn't last more than a few days. At both my house and my clients, these were tossed by the end of the week (I bought them on a Sunday.) Although I bought them at such a good price, I would still love for flowers to last a bit longer, not than less than a week.. (When I buy them at Safeway, they last 2 weeks!) I also bought myself a string of pearls (A SUCCULENT!!!!!) In the right hands, that baby can grow long and strong! I'll keep you updated on that one if you like! Service is always the best here. "Maybe they're renovating?" (They were not.) The most unexpectedly entertaining part? Watching other loyal customers pull up. Park confidently. Pop the trunk. Grab their reusable grocery bags with purpose. Stride toward the door. Slow down. Squint. Pause. Existential crisis. We made brief eye contact, the universal look of "You too?"
