This place has it all!! From fine dining, to pizza, chi fil a, burgers and fries. A huge water side for kids and kids at heart. Steps away from beach and some the biggest in tac shells that I have ever seen in my life. Several pools, a modest weight room. If you choose not to eat or drink at hotel there are so many other options to choose from. Ada helped us at front desk she was so kind a true Superstar!!! This is a Military friendly location!!!

    Pool closed

I stayed in a "villa" at island grand. It was just two adjoining hotel rooms. Fancy name for dated crap. The drop ceiling in the bathroom was caving in...just scary! This cost me over 1k per night. They only fill up the big slide occasionally. My grandkids were so disappointed that they never could go on that slide the four days we were there. I constantly see their commercials, and am always sadly reminded that i still feel totally ripped off. There are so many better places to stay in this area. Don't go here!

Pig skin blanket worst blanket feels like sand paper and don't get me started on the pull out bed.

The pigskin blanket. The bed you know how we have 33 bones in our back. Well there was about 33 springs in my back while I was sleeping. They call this the pent house but good god it should be called the hent pouse. Send help to tradewinds resort they need god. Nothing can save this place. Can't even turn the tv off the remotes broken. I woke up with a bad headache cus the bed.

    Partial ocean view ....not

Worst vacation ever ! Paid premium for partial ocean view 3 rooms for our family months in advance with simple request to have them close together. They gave us resort view with each room on different floor...really! Resort is outdated and in disrepair with a moat around it that smells. Gave manager chance to make things right but never heard from him. Don't waste your money staying here because they will nickel and dime you and it's hidden because it is a no cash resort. One picture would you call this partial ocean view ?

Classic example of a perfect Florida hotel. They do everything right and being located on an amazing beach don't hurt.

The views are beautiful, and the location is right on the beach. There are plenty of spaces in the lobby for working, plenty of meeting rooms (or ball rooms if you're there for a formal event), and areas to just relax or work. The resort provides live music various days of the week as well. I will say that I was surprised about the lack of dining options. There is a lobby bar (which doesn't open until 3pm), and just two restaurant options. Maritana is only open a few days a week and not open until 5:30pm, although the lobby bar does serve a few small plates. The Society Table has a bar within their restaurant (Rowe Bar I believe), and I experienced both as they both have different menus. The lobby bar menu is small but great; the Wagyu Sliders and charcuterie board were both delicious. The wine list is fairly extensive as well. I dined at the society table for lunch on the day that I left and I got the Gumbo with jalapeño cornbread. This was very delicious; I do feel there should've been more than a few pieces of chopped up shrimp. My waitress was wonderful though and very kind as well as the hostess. For the days we were provided food by the resort for the work conference, I was very impressed! All of the breakfast, lunch, and dinner options were incredibly extensive, fresh, and delicious. The servers were very attentive and helpful. The room service menu although overpriced and included a $5 "delivery charge," is very extensive and tasty. For example, an omelet with toast (small salad included with the omelette), was almost $60 including tip. That being said, it was the best omelette I've ever had. The guest services for room service and the cleaners were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Evan! Do note that this is a cashless resort. There are a few shops on the first floor for souvenirs, basic necessities for traveling, and then an adorable little shop/café with ice cream, coffee, wine, snacks, and drinks. On to the room! I really enjoyed my room. I feel like for one person or even two, it's a pretty spacious room. The bed was very comfortable as well as pillows. They cleaned my room each day, and provided new towels. The bathroom was clean and a decent size for one person. All of the events that the hotel put on for our conference were outstanding. We had a welcome party and a beach party, and I was incredibly impressed. The food was delicious, the staff incredibly attentive and kind, and the music wonderful! The Don CeSar was the perfect place for our conference and I would highly recommend a company conference there. Between the delicious food, impeccable service, beautiful resort, and location right on the beach, I would recommend this spot for an event, quick getaway, or staycation.

We recently stayed at The Saint Hotel, and I want to start by saying the property itself was very…read moreclean. The room was well-maintained, and the boutique atmosphere is appealing. Unfortunately, the noise level significantly impacted our stay. We were in Room 28, and directly behind the room is a hallway used by staff from the upstairs bar. Throughout the first night, we heard a heavy door repeatedly slamming and staff using rolling carts to transport trash. The noise continued until about 3:00 a.m., making it very difficult to sleep. The next morning, I expressed my concerns to the front desk. He was polite, apologized, and said he would pass the information along. However, the noise resumed again the following night. Around 11:30 p.m., I stepped into the hallway and observed someone pulling trash on one of the carts; they did not appear interested in engaging when I tried to address it. Closer to midnight, after another loud door slam, I spoke with a different staff member who was very receptive and respectful. After that conversation, the noise level did decrease. I understand that hotel operations continue behind the scenes, but for a property positioned as an upscale boutique experience, I would expect better late-night noise control -- especially in rooms directly adjacent to service areas. The hotel has a lot of potential, and the cleanliness was excellent. However, due to the repeated overnight noise disruption, I would be hesitant to stay in that location of the property again.

We were directed to check in at a neighboring building that appeared to be part of the resort. Upon arrival, the check-in area was locked, requiring us to return to the main property for assistance. Once checked in, we were disappointed to find that the room looked nothing like the photos advertised online. In addition, there was significant construction noise throughout our stay, which impacted the overall experience. Several amenities we were looking forward to were also unavailable. Harry's Pool Bar was closed, and at one point the fire alarm sounded, requiring guests to evacuate and wait outside until the situation was resolved. Following the incident, the elevators were out of service, forcing us to carry our luggage up and down six flights of stairs. Overall, the experience did not meet the expectations set by the online listing. We felt the accommodations were inaccurately represented, and prospective guests should carefully verify exactly which property and room type they are booking before making a reservation.

1 Star - This Was a Motel, Not a Resort…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the worst lodging experiences I've ever had. First, the adults-only pool was closed during our stay. At no point before arrival were we informed of this. Had we known, we likely would have chosen a different property. The only remaining pool was overcrowded and felt more like a children's pool than a relaxing resort amenity. The property itself is extremely run-down and looks nothing like what many travelers would expect from a beach resort. Our "ocean view" room was incredibly disappointing. Calling it underwhelming would be an understatement. The advertising was misleading. The resort promotes a private beach experience where guests supposedly don't need to bring towels or chairs. In reality, oceanfront chairs cost approximately $95 per day and had to be surrendered at 6 PM. Umbrellas were not included unless rented for an additional fee, forcing us to purchase our own. None of this was clearly disclosed before arrival. The cleanliness was unacceptable. The beds contained sand before we had even stepped onto the beach. Within minutes of removing our shoes in the room, the bottoms of our feet were black from the filthy floors. Multiple guests observed roaches around the property, including near the ice machines, bathrooms, and guest room areas. The room itself felt more like a Motel 6 than a resort. The bathroom was so small it was difficult to move around comfortably. The entry door had large gaps around the sides and bottom, allowing light, noise, and likely insects to enter the room. Customer service was equally disappointing. One front desk employee was friendly and helpful, but most staff members were dismissive and unhelpful. After accidentally leaving my Stanley cup at check-in, I was repeatedly told it was not there and was given a phone number to call. The following morning, the only helpful employee immediately found it sitting right behind the front desk where it had apparently been the entire time. The food served on-site left both of us feeling sick that evening. To make matters worse, after checkout I discovered charges on my folio that were never explained at check-in or during our stay, including resort and parking fees totaling nearly $144 for a two-night stay. The surrounding area was also disappointing. Many nearby businesses appeared closed, and there was very little within walking distance compared to what we expected from a beach destination. This property is marketed as a resort. Our experience was that of an aging motel charging resort prices. Between the closed amenities, misleading advertising, cleanliness concerns, roaches, poor customer service, unexpected fees, and substandard accommodations, this was one of the most disappointing travel experiences I've ever had. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone. (1/5)
