My first time here and I was told it would be ready in 20minutes, I waited 40 and I was given the worst baleada I ever seen. ( and I hate cheese and cream )

I've been ordering Baleadas senciallas and pupusas from this restaurant for a few months now. I think the flavor is great and pricing is good as well. My only complaint so far has been with the salad for the pupusas. Other places give you enough to put over the pupusa and this restaurant comes with a very small portion which remains the same whether you get one or an order of 2. I've requested more salad when eating in and was accommodated but when I've ordered to go I haven't gotten extra. Today I asked for 2 separate orders of the pupusa and explained they were for 2 different people. I have friends in town and wanted them to try this. When I arrived to the hotel with the food for my friends, to my disappointment they had packaged the pupusas separately, one with a measly portion of salad and the other with nothing.

    Pollo con tajadas!

El mejor pollo que me he comido en Miami, el Sabor Delicioso y el sazon como que estás comiendo en Honduras, 100% recomendado!!! Toda la comida está Deliciosa y las meseras muy Amables!

Definitely a hidden gem with auténtico Hondurian food. Been coming here since it's opened and they've always had very clean and consistency in their flavor and food * Located in a plaza with an adequate amount of parking just be considerate of other businesses if labeled. Also some street parking. * The location is small with only limited seating. * Take out also takes a bit so oder keeping that in mind. The service * Service is good as long as there is not a big party or extremely packed with take out orders. * Food is very authentic and very delicious. They are also very reasonably priced for the amount and variety of food they brings * For breakfast i recommend their typical breakfast and can have eggs any way. The juegos rancheros are incredibly flavorful. * They have a plate with carne asada or pollo a la plancha that bring rice, refried beans, a tortilla, a little piece of white cheese, cabbage vinegar salad, and your choice of plantains thick or thin. * Their coffee is also good and usually comes with adorable details. They also have tasty variety of juices. * They also have good Hondurian snack and candy assortment.

This is my third time coming here, and I will probably keep coming. I'm very picky about my baleadas. The flour tortilla needs to be soft and with great flavor. The beans have to be fried correctly and the cheese needs to be cheese but not too much. They also put the right portions within the tortilla. They have kept their consistency. Be aware though that prices went up. It is still very much worth it.

My absolute favorite honduran restaurant since day one! The food has the authentic honduran flavor I have been looking for. Their "pollo chuco" (fried chicken over cabbage, sauce and plantains) is at the top of my list. The baleadas (honduras flour tortilla with fried beans and sour cream) are really good and the beef stew: Amazing! I intend on trying absolutely everything on the menu. If you like honduran, central american food or just in the mood for delicious latin flavor, this is a must stop. Their service is fast but remember they cook your meal all fresh so plan a five minutes ahead. I'll probably be here every day!

The music selection is fire though and I was jamming out the whole time while waiting for my food. I complimented them on the music selection and they mentioned the owner is dominican and puerto rican which explained the great music selection. I was helped out by Adrian and his service was helpful in finding what dishes to order. I took my food to go and it was piping hot, definitely made fresh to order which I enjoyed. The nachos were what I was most eager to try as they are all the rage on social media. They lived up to the hype and that nacho cheese is absolute gold. I love that it's served in a pizza box. It just makes it iconic. It travels well and everything was still hot when I got home. The Al Pastor taco was just okay, nothing to write home about but now the steak burrito was really really good. I love that they don't have rice in their burritos and instead replace it with potatoes, which is absolutely delicious. They give two different types of salsas with your order plus limes and the green salsa is unreal. Add it to everything for a flavor boost! All in all this place is fire and if you're craving nachos, this is definitely the place you should come to get your fix!

Ever since I tried their steak Caesar salad I've been obsessed. That was my usual from there for 5 years. 2 nights ago we ordered from uptown and when we got our order I was so angry I didn't want to even eat my food. 1. Steak literally looked like wet dog food 2. They no longer do the frisée salad instead It's just plain old Romaine lettuce 3. For some reason they stopped giving their salsa now which was the highlight of my order 4. The container is so small and the egg was so hot that it melted all the Parmesan cheese and it was just a nasty glob 5. The eggs were so over boiled that they had that grey tint on the yolk and smelled horrible 6. 2 salads cost almost $50 so jokes on us Never again!!! I've literally banned uptown from our house. The audacity to charge so much for a mid salad topped with nasty dog food looking "steak"

My dinner plans changed last minute due to the weather, which was heavily raining and decided on Lolita despite not having reservations. Upon arrival we were instructed to go upstairs where the very young and inexperienced host could not figure out the system and said sorry there was no availability to accommodate us. We left disappointed and while going downstairs I decided to pull uo their booking site to confirm availability. The system reflected several available time slots for dinner. Kudos to the downstairs host that accommodated us immediately once I showed her the system reflected availability. The servers were truly incredible downstairs and I appreciate the very attentive and charming service provided throughout the evening! I ordered a beet salad which was almost perfect but was lacking feta or goat cheese which I highly recommend they consider having in the kitchen. The oxtails tacos were delicious and very filing. I also enjoyed the brown dessert. Thank you for a yummy evening with fantastic service!
