I got stranded and had to have it repaired by a Ford dealership so I could safely get home before the ice storm that was coming. The Ford dealership put in writing that the damage was consistent with Wells River Chevy Dealership's mistake, and I have all repair invoices, photos, and documentation. This dealership is refusing to take responsibility or reimburse me for their negligence. I am lucky I was not seriously injured due to their mistake. They have left me with no other option than to pursue legal recourse. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

When my husband asked the employee if they might be able to take a look at it, they amazingly went and pulled a gentleman away from weed whacking to come help us! Haha The young man was incredible; took a look at the car, checked the codes, talked to us about possible issues, and double checked our oil. Went here to fix some issues with my van including the brakes. Picked up the van to drive it home…read moreand the brakes started smelling like burnt rubber within a few miles. That was the main reason why I took it there to be fixed. They said they added new pads and supposedly other services to the brakes but they are worse than when I brought it in and they charged me $988 and they supposedly put 4+ hours of labor in on the brakes and they still can't get it right? Now I have no van for at least 2 days and they have the nerve to charge me a "convenience fee" for $38.04??? and a "customer pay shop supplies for repair order" for $38.91. Update: Complained a bit about the service and took the van back and then they said the left rear caliber needs replacing so I got that and they installed it and didn't charge me for the labor on that. Most of the burning rubber smell went away but I can sometimes smell it after it's parked after having driven it for a while. So not sure it's totally fixed and noticed some squeaking of the brakes when coming to a stop. Overall not so good. Eventually I'll probably get someone else to inspect this work done
