I'm very happy that I found Train With Dave -- I focused my search on facilities that had trainers with degrees and they came out on top after cross-referencing reviews. They took me from zero gym experience to significantly boosting my strength and muscle mass -- it's at the point where even acquaintances are starting to notice. When you join, they take measurements periodically and everything is managed in a great app, including your workouts, complete with how-to videos. Dominic does a great job personalizing my workout program and keeping my posture correct. The other trainers are great too. The gym equipment is plentiful and since it's by appointment only it's never too crowded. It's clean and well organized.
