Unfortunately, the situation quickly got worse. Their tow truck ended up getting stuck as well, which forced them to call in a second truck. By the time everything was over, the damage to our property was significant. Our driveway was torn up, access to our farm equipment was impacted, our garage area was left in poor condition, and several trees were damaged. What's even more concerning is how this was handled afterward. When I called to report the damage and request that it be addressed, management refused to take my call. After multiple attempts, my number was blocked. I had to use a different phone just to get through, and even then, management would not speak directly with me and stated they would not take responsibility. This level of service and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to communicate or make things right is a serious issue. But anyway... It had been...a week. My younger son's car has been in the shop so he has been borrowing his brother's car while his brother is out of the country. His brother's car is a finicky starter and had needed jumped a couple of times during the week. Needless to say, my son and I were over the car troubles completely. Well, he got the car started and went to fill it up, then of course it wouldn't start again. We tried everything we could think of until we called for a tow. When Cory responded, he diagnosed the problem before even putting it on the flatbed.
