The mirror room has all the essentials - body lotion, hair spray, hair dryer though very outdated and could be a newer model. The hot tub was kept at a good temperature and has working jet streams. The steam room pumps steam in frequently. The sauna was hot and wonderful. My massage service was very good. My masseuse Kevin did a wonderful job with the deep tissue massage.

After a scan and setting your preferences, your massage begins. During the massage, you're able to change the music, skip a certain area, and add or decrease the pressure. It's convenient having the customizations at your fingertips and the pressure is accurate. I had a quick 30-min massage and overall it was a good experience. 4 out 5 for the massage. The spa portion wasn't the best, as it was a cold rainy day so the pool wasn't an option. I also mentioned several times it was my first time at the spa and wasn't given a tour or told about the amenities. I chose to use the fitness center but wasn't told about any lockers or anywhere I could leave my belongings. Storing my umbrella and coat would've been convenient. I don't think I'd be back as you can't make a full day out of it unless it's pool weather or you enjoy a hot tub. 3 out of 5

I am writing to share a complaint about my recent post-op massage with Lori. I have had two…read moreprevious therapists at this location and both experiences were excellent, so this appointment was very disappointing. From the beginning of the session, Lori was extremely rough with the massage. Post-op massages require care and gentleness, but throughout the entire appointment her technique felt overly aggressive and uncomfortable. In addition, she made several comments about my body that were inappropriate and insulting. She asked if I had liposuction on my arms, which I did not. She then asked when I had a tummy tuck, which I have also never had I only had a C-section. These assumptions were unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable during the session. There were also moments that felt very unprofessional. At one point she tossed a pillow onto my neck area instead of placing it properly, and when wiping the oils off my body with a towel she was extremely rough. This is something I have never experienced during any massage, especially a post-op massage where extra care should be taken. Because my previous therapists were so professional and gentle, this experience stood out for all the wrong reasons. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the level of care and professionalism during this appointment did not meet the standard I experienced before.

We lounged in our robes as we waited for our services to begin which was right on time. I had the body scrub and massage 1st and 2nd. Leo do both of those services and he was fantastic. He gave me a deep tissue massage which I needed for my muscles to relax. It was great and my body felt like butter afterwards. He was very kind and attentive to my needs. After that I had a facial which made my skin look 20 years younger and healthy. After that we got to lounge drinking mimosas, tea, water or coffee and then got whisked away to relax in the salt cave. Both my friend and I felt lighter and relieved of any stress we had. Then we got a meal that we chose off the menu. It was a half day of pampering and didn't want to leave. I didn't take any pics as I locked our phones away so we could truely relax. Tip: arrive early at least 30 mins to fill out paperwork and change and get a little relax time.

The rooms each have a single pod equipped with a shower, towels, body wash and shampoo/conditioner for before and after the float. The single person pods are heated to body temperature and filled with 1200 lbs of epsom salt. You can choose to keep the pod cracked open or fully closed and keep the blue tinted light on or off. The time spent is so relaxing I couldn't believe when my hour was up! Highly recommended.
