AVOID this place at all costs! You can see the photos of my final results after the brows healed. This spot is also called Gorgeous Metamorphosis Salon. I took a chance with the Groupon thinking that I wasn't losing much anyways, trusting some of the good reviews on here and on Groupon. It was a MISTAKE. I purchased the ombre brows package with touch up. My first session: Sabina seemed nice and straightforward. There was a $55 tax on top of it which I was fine with. The results coming out of the sessions, of course, were good. But this is expected because it's a huge difference from the sparse brows I've had before. I avoided water and sun during the normal scabbing process afterwards. And then two weeks later, I was left with pink naked mole rat brows. I was a bit concerned and Sabina told me the pigment will come back. Four weeks later - nothing. Still naked mole rat brows. She then told me it's perfectly normal and said the final results are after the touchup. Okay, I trusted the process despite all my friends having perfect brows after their first session. I then went in for a touchup. I was 10 mins late to the appointment, this is true but I had texted letting her know I was already walking from the train. When I walked in, there was already another client in the waiting room with numbing cream on her brows waiting to be seen. Frankly, there was some double booking involved and I sat in the waiting room for the numbing cream and saran wrap on my brows for a good 40 mins. I got pretty annoyed because I knew that numbing cream esp lidocaine shouldn't be on for that long because 1) I'm a pharmacist. With the saran wrap, the cream would act like a patch. A lidocaine patch placed for 40 or so mins would change the texture and consistency of your skin, causing it to not take pigment. 2) Another microblading artist who has been doing this for quite a while told me that it should only be on for 20 mins max. 3) I only had it on for 15 mins during the first session and with no saran wrap. When I brought it up to her after 40 mins, she told me it had to be on for at least 15 mins. I was pretty frustrated for being double booked and knew that the pigment would not take anyways. I felt it was pretty unprofessional to be left there like that too so I left. When she tried calling me and texting me to come back and she was highly unprofessional. She was clearly pissed and unapologetic. I went back to her since I thought that if she's right, the touchup should give me the results I wanted. FALSE. It went the exact same way as the first time; great looks after my session but after 2 weeks of scabbing and avoiding water, I still had naked mole rat brows. No pigment, just scarring. I messaged her about it and she told me to wait 2 more weeks. Now it's been 4 weeks and no pigment has returned at all. You can see the final product in the pictures. This was after she PROMISED my brows would be back after my one-month touch up. Clearly she was wrong. Even worse was when I approached her about it after it all, she blamed ME viciously by text for the brown pigment that she herself decided to use for my brows saying that it was my fault that it did not stay. I have no idea how you can blame me for your incompetence when all I did was lay still for an hour and let you do your job. Sabina is thoroughly rude and needs a certification on how to speak to people before she even starts to ruin other people's lives with her scams. Honestly, the whole experience was nothing short of horrific and I can't believe I was sold this idea that she is competent. Now I'm about $300 short and with ugly pink brows. I wish I could get my money back because this was a scam. It was a dire waste of time, hope, and physical pain. It probably would've been more bearable if she actually admitted fault but she saw these fail brows as somehow being all my problem. Go to a real artist, preferably someone who is recommended by a friend. That's what I'm gonna do right now to correct this. Please DO NOT put yourself through this too and learn from my mistake! This place is a SCAM! Do not go at all costs. If something seems too good to be true, it probably is. They sold me an "Emsculpt NEO" procedure at a great rate for 8 sessions. At the end of the 8 sessions I found out that the machine is FAKE and delivers no results. Check the BTL website, Trans4mation studio is nowhere to be seen! I went back to my original provider and the real machine gives you results and feels totally different. When I reached out to the owner to let them know I know that they charged me for a fake machine, she denied it and said they would be listed on the website. When I emailed, they said they never gave me Emsculpt Neo, they gave me Emsculpt Slim- which is also a lie- I took pictures of the machine I was treated with and it says Emsculpt Neo (albeit, it is a fake). Avoid this scammer. No phone number to call, she changed the address. She also changed my appointment a few times. Once I got there, the security in the building had no idea who she was or here her company was. It appears she operates out of single room at a We Work facility. . I saw no license on her wall but there was a BAR in the corner- a full scale bar. I had already paid for my treatment and she kept insisting I hadn't paid for her. I did not buy an esthetician and it felt creepy. Not sure what that meant, or what kind of scam she is running, but it is no spa and no studio. I showed her my receipt and proof of payment. She insisted I give her more money. When I would not pay her, and said she was hustling me, she told me to leave, I made HER feel uncomfortable. I'm glad to share my results after Ultherapy. I have been waiting a month to write this review, because I wanted to see the full result after the procedure. I have an acne scar on my face and at the moment Ulthera is helping to smooth my acne skin. I understand that it will take a couple more seasons, but I can already see improvements on my skin. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! DON'T ORDER FROM GROUPON OR IN PERSON!!! On 3/17/2021 I purchased a full face and neck Ulthera therapy service by Trans4mation Studio through Groupon. it cost $384.50. Merchant Description 312-288. On Monday, March 22, 2021, I called the Trans4mation Studio IN NEW YORK, NY to make an appointment for full face and neck ulthera therapy. Sabina answered the phone and told me that there was an extra $90 tax charge not included in the Groupon price. I told her that $90 on $384.50 is more than 20% tax. it is really high even for NY. She started telling me that the real cost of this service is more than $2000 and that they charge taxes on the real cost of the service etc. I said it really doesn't make any sense to me. I was just trying to clarify the extra charges. She became agitated and really upset for no reason. She wasn't listening to me at all she was going on and on about how really expensive the real cost of this treatment etc. I was still trying to clarify the $90 tax for the $384.50 treatment. (It still doesn't make sense). She cut me off and her exact words to me were YOU ARE SOOO ANNOYING! JUST CANCEL YOUR ORDER! Then she hung up the phone on my face! My daughter is a witness to this. She refused to serve me!... I am not getting any service from this person. There is no way I am trusting this person with my face! I would like a full refund. I never have been treated this way ever! I purchased Ombré eyebrow session with 4 weeks touch up. I was skeptical at first since their price is way more reasonable than other places in the city that offer similar service. Despite my concern, Sabina did a wonderful job giving me a very natural and soft looking eyebrows. I'm so happy with the results and am recommending to any of friends who's interested in getting Ombré. She was on time, efficient, and answered any questions or concern I had. When I had my first ombré session, I was so scared because they looked super dark but she assured me that the color will fade in 1 week which exactly was the case for me. She utilize our natural shapes and lines of our eyebrows so you won't ended up having 2 eyebrows like some failed cases I have seen online at other place. Another thing to note is that Sabina uses all organic products that won't give you any allergic reaction or skin irritation. That is why you can wash your face or shower even right after you get the Ombré which is very unique. Other places often use chemicals and that is why there are so many restrictions (e.g. no washing, no shower, no exercising or sweating etc). I've been talking with a woman named Sabina. She started off really nice and then slowly started bro become very rude . I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but apparently she doesn't. I unfortunately had to cancel my appointment two times ( which both are not my fault ). The first time I woke up very sick and did not want to risk my health and anyone else especially during COVID . The second time I heard the sad truth that has effected most people during the pandemic... my father passed away . Naturally I was devastated , I had to cancel again , I was contemplating whether I should tell Sabina or not but when I first texted her to cancel , she got really nasty and made me feel even worse. A part of me wanted to tell her about my father but I just couldn't. She told me that she will not be giving me any appointments and that I can go somewhere else because I was being difficult. I started to cry and she just hung up . She then texted me later to confirm I am no longer allowed to get an appointment there . She makes me feel as if I did something wrong .
