This is a family owned business with the Mom and Two Sisters. It's a small salon with three pedi bowls and 4 manicure stations. It's appointment only but I happened to call and they said I could come in at that moment. Zoolaka took me. Although, I said I wanted a manicure over the phone, when I got there I changed my mind and wanted a full set. She was so kind and didn't get irritated by me wanting a longer service. She was so sweet and very personable. Her sister did my Pedicure and took her time and met all of my requests. During my time there, their mother came in with their other sister after their flight was canceled and the Mother immediately went to work giving another patron a pedicure. (I thought that was so cute.) They also sell and fix jewelry, and sell bags. I'm so happy I found this spot. They have truly gained another customer. Zoolaka also educated me on nail maintenance and how I wouldn't need a full-set when I come back and she would just do refills to keep up my maintenance. The salon was very clean, organized, and relaxing with gentle music playing in the background. The staff was very friendly, offering me water while I waited my turn (note: my wait was less than 10 min) and placing my purse on the chair beside me even after I put it on the ground because I didn't want to occupy more than one seat. My nail technician was quiet but good at his job! He made me comfortable throughout the process of removing my old dip and giving me my fresh look. He also broke down the cost for me before beginning to make sure that was okay with me. He also recommended a different type of manicure than what I normally get - powder instead of dip - to prevent pulling up at my cuticles. The price difference was basically negligible, and I was very pleased with the result! I got a powder manicure - pink with chrome. The whole experience was very nice, and, if I am ever in the area again, I would definitely return to T & T Nails Spa. The pedicurist (is did a word) rubbed the callous remover thing on a tender part of my foot which took off some skin. You can see it in the picture. It was accidental and did not bleed. She put some antiseptic on it. It will be fine. I didn't make a big deal about it. The guy who did my full set asked me questions to make sure I was happy. He let me try a color and a tip color to see if I'd like it. That was super nice of him. Overall, it was a good experience. We've been coming here for a few months and have had pretty good service each time. Some are better than others but that's everywhere. Peter was super communicative and I love my nails.

The technicians were impatient and kept scolding the girls to "just sit still".
