And that if I waited 25 mins or reschedule we could do an 11:45 soonest. I've had never had an issues with other centers they follow their 9 min grace period and I kindly asked her and she just said that they don't do that at this center because it's owned by a different person ? All I can say is Winny gives the best facial in Houston.I think that it is a combination of her choice of skin care, her touch and her sweet spirit.
