I gotta say that the people working in this Walgreens our more helpful and a lot more efficient than the others I have been to.but basically everything is the same and they are well stoked. There is also plenty of parking spots. read more

Worst pharmacy- first experience a month ago, first counter person didn't know how to input anything into system, took a long time until finally somebody took over. So I let it go. It happens. This time I went in, doctor told me prescription would be ready. I got there, counter person told me they chose not to fill it because it would be super expensive. I asked, my insurance doesn't cover it? Remember my info is on file because I was there previously, she says let me see. Oh yes it will be zero charge. Well doesn't that sound affordable and far from super expensive? Asked how long for it now and was told 30 minutes!!!! I didn't have 30 minutes to wait- so now I have to leave and return. Since they messed up and it should have been filled, they should have said 5 minutes, we will get right now. So aggravating- don't fill your prescriptions here- I don't foresee it getting better. read more

Just received my first dose of covid19 vaccine. The process was so easy! The young woman who gave me the dose was friendly and extremely professional. Couldn't have been a more pleasant experience considering the circumstances. Highly recommend getting your vaccine here read more

The man who cashiers and watches the door with the mustache is the only reason I come to this walgreens so much. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met and gives great customer service to all. I wish I knew his name because I feel very strongly that he is the best employee there! read more

Consumer beware this is not the first time Walgreens pharmacy has made a mistake... But today could of caused major health issues if I did not catch their mistake... my Dr ordered meds for me Thurday. Walgreens has been showing it as delay order so I took screen shot ... Today still no news... I called and was told it would be ready after 2pm today... got message around 4pm that it was ready.... my husband went to pick it up for me... I decided to do little research to see what time it would be best to take it and noticed medication processed was for heart rytham not what my neurologist had perscibe... I called my husband hoping he had not checked out ... explained what happened and the person behind the counter insteded that's what the doctor ordered ...then told him to check with the doctor that the doctor made the mistake....until he showed him the screen shot ot what the medication in the their sight that was on delay....then they admitted to the error.. and now I still have to wait cause they still don't have my medication.. no option to see if another pharmacy has it... it's so sad what happenedto cudtomer service...what if my life depened on this medication??? Please check make sure that your getting the correct medication for your self or the elderlycause Walgreensdoesnt care. Its so scary if I didn't look it up I would of taken this med and might have ended up with heart issues... read more

Just the worst. Always a long long line at the pharmacy. Drive through or in store, it doesn't matter..plan to wait at least a half hour.

Stopped in here for a few items. Place was dirty, it smelled like weed. They only had the basics. One of the worst Walgreens I've ever stepped in. Now I know why I stick to CVS. They had some nerve to ask if I want a membership card. read more

My medication had ran out and my Dr. had sent over a renewal to the S. Farmingdale Walgreens. The head pharmacist tells me that I need to give him 1 day advanced notice...That this is a new rule at Walgreens. I never heard of such a thing and the more I thought about it I realized it made no sense. I went to a neighboring pharmacy and they filled it with no problem. This pharmacist just didn't want to be bothered. I was amazed at how unprofessional the pharmacist was. The store itself is ok, but the pharmacy is HORRIBLE here don't waste your time! I thought the drive through would be more convenient but it took over half an hour stuck in line with 2 cars in front of me, and then when I finally got to the wiNdow two pharmacists looked at me and kept walking. I had to wait another 5 minutes to get anybodys attention- with several cars behind me too! Then I finally get service and the lady was incredibly rude to me, and I went to pay and their stupid bucket isn't wind proof at all and my cash blew away! I got out of my car trying to catch it just to lose all that money with absolutely ZERO sympathy from the rude lady pharmacist watching the whole thing. Then I had to fork over more cash. I will never return to this pharmacy and I will make sure everybody I know avoids this place at all cost. What horrible service. I came once before with a long wait too. There's 20 better pharmacy's within a mile of this one. read more

I was picking up a prescription, and while I was waiting the girl at the pick up window was pretty rude to the customer that was in his car. Shaking her head and rolling her eyes just because the guy misunderstood what was told to him about when his prescription would be ready. Poor customer service, and unprofessional. And the handicap parking spaces were covered with a sheet of ice waiting for someone to slip on their back. Lawsuit waiting! read more

I visited the Walgreens on Main Street in Farmingdale tonight at 9:52. An employee by the name of Joann rolled her eyes and made an annoyed sound when I reached for a cart. At first she told me they were closing and then told me I had 6 minutes to shop. She then shouted across the floor to another employee for him to make the store closing announcement. Two minutes later, she says to the cashier -- bye bye, time for you all to go. Love ya but don't want to see you until tomorrow. Cashier responds with, "yeah, go home." I was so annoyed and uncomfortable that I left without the main item I went to shop for (mainly because I couldn't find it and Joann made it clear that she wasn't helping with only six minutes before closing). I get it is a long day and everyone wants to go home - but it wasn't 10 pm and she was extremely unprofessional. The things I did buy were paid for at exactly 10 pm (that includes waiting on line), so I didn't exactly take my time picking up the items I could find. Joann and the cashier on duty tonight are two of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. I would be mortified to have them on my payroll. This isn't the first time the cashier has been rude. Unfortunately, she was not wearing a name tag so I don't have her name. read more
