To say I was out of the office in 90 seconds is hardly an embellishment. Stay seemed pleasant and attentive, but I wish I would have put more of a demand to get my questions answered. The person before me came out of the same examining room within a few short minutes and visibly looked annoyed... I have a feeling they had the same experience. Just for fun, I calculated that considering my co-pay I paid a dollar for every 3 seconds in the examining room. Imagine what the per the second charge was when the insurance got hit.

I went to the Farmingdale store and was highly surprised to hear one of the young ladies (I think person in charge) using all types of profanity while talking to her co-worker (Yasmine, who was being very professional and trying her best to not to be involved, but clearly uncomfortable). The only reason I didn't walk out like the other customer was they had what I needed. She was very very loud to begin with, but as I stated before the profanity started (f---, s---) she could have expressed herself in a more professional manner, she was at work, the customers did not need to know how your night was or what your plans were for the weekend. Kudos on being the top store in the area, keep that up and you won't be for long but girl express yourself without the cuss words and bring the volume of your voice down to an octave that demonstrates professionalism your at work, I had to get off the phone because I couldn't hear myself think. I hope the next time I'm in that particular store there will be decorum and professionalism displayed or she's not there. Other than her, my experiences in other locations is great.

Karina greeted me and asked me what she could help me with. I expressed to her my interest in cleaner products and how I was looking for foundation. Karina guided me over to Tarte and said that aligned with what I was looking for in terms of cleaner ingredients. She helped me match the foundation to my skin tone and applied it to my skin to ensure an accurate match. I was impressed and grateful how seamless that was for her. I noticed her makeup looked polished and asked her if she had any tips for my day to day make up. She showed me moisturizer, primer and also bronzer for dressier days. All the products Karina showed me matched my skin tone and aligned with what I was looking for. She really made my shopping experience easy and wonderful.
