In the form of a Cashier's Check no later than March 15th, 2026" Next thing I know I have rewritten resume and a lot of interviewing advice included. The promises above were make unconditionally, but due to circumstances beyond my control, and these circumstances were communicated to Sam post payment, I was limited to where I was available to work. Remember, the promises were made unconditionally, pre and post payment. Sam sent me a list of jobs in the limited area where I was available to work. Along with websites to supposed apply for these jobs and additionally a list of contacts at the companies where the jobs were. I went to every website in the list and searched for the job titles listed in his provided job listing. He sent me a total of 11 jobs. Not a single one existed in the websites provided. Therefore, there were no jobs to apply for as promised. Now if there are no jobs to apply for, ipso facto, there will be no interviews, and therefore there could not possibly any offers. Again, the promise was made unconditionally, and since he did not live up to what he said he would provide in the email, reimbursement was called for. Yes, he made an attempt, and it all looks good on paper. But if you AI engine can't produce any existing jobs that meet the resume provided, and therefore his promise can't be met, failure to provide the refund by the promised date is committing fraud. I've been told that Slander can't be committed as long was what you say about someone or some service is the truth. Everything I've stated above can be substantiated by email communication. This is all nothing but the truth. When I email Sam to ask where my refund was, I received the following email: Dear John Leard, This email serves as a formal response to your recent correspondence regarding your request for reimbursement. Please be advised that pursuant to the terms of the guarantee, a refund is contingent upon the provision of rejection responses from the job leads provided to you. To date, you have failed to comply with this requirement. In light of your recent actions and non-compliance with the agreed-upon terms, this matter is being escalated. My senior counsel will be contacting you directly to address this situation and your recent communications. Regards, Sam Oke As stated above, if no jobs were provided to even apply for, there is no way "Rejection Responses" could have been received. Should Sam wish to proceed with this legally. Ultimately, I will still get my refund, and it will cost him alot more money than just the reimbursement as well as a lot of lost goodwill in the marketplace
