They were able to communicate exactly what was going on and they made sure that there really was no room for miscommunication. We went from room to room to detail all the items that needed to be moved. We spent over an hour on the phone discussing logistics of the move. We were able to navigate through some issues associated with where i was moving to. (on a hill, narrow roads etc) i had spoken to 5 other moving companies before. each of them didn't even bother to ask what i was trying to move. they simply quoted me the cost from zip code to zip code. We sold our house and we're moving into our new house and knew we need a full service company. Then they quickly got everything to our new home, unloaded and got all of our furniture put back together. This was all done when our temperatures were well over 100 degrees and the guys never complained or slowed down at all. I was contacted by their customer rep on the day of move, she explained the entire process how long will it take and how sooner they can be to the destination place. They packed all things in 2 hours, really professionally, and were at the destination within 4 hours, so max it took us 7 hours with everything, no tension, no stress.
