A quaint hole in the wall restaurant run by a small family from the looks of it. They seem quite happy. Food came out extremely hot, and super fast. Had the chicken pad thai and it came out better than expected. They didn't ask me a spice level, which is OK, and the chicken is cut differently than expected, looks mostly like chunks of dark meat instead of wafers if white meat that am used to. This didn't take away from the flavor, was just a little in the odd side. Overall am impressed with this restaurant, from service to food, cleanliness and general upkeep am quite happy with! Great food. Great service. Big portions. The restaurant is under new ownership. The new owners are very proud of their restaurant. They had samples of beef bulgogi one day and spicy pork bulgogi on another. I ordered the spicy pork bulgogi. And it was outstanding. My sample of the beef bulgogi was equally good. We used to go here all the time until they started being rude to us, and their food did not taste like it used to. Well we decided to give it another chance last night, and we called our order in. The lady kept sighing before she would say "anything else" as if WE were an inconvenience to her... and then tells us it will be ready in 15 minutes. Go to get our food 20 minutes later, and tells us 20 more minutes.... 1 hour later in total after placing our order over the phone, we got our food. read more

Out of all the teriyaki places ive been to, this one was the best. Interior is okay, just like any other small teriyaki stores, BUT THE FOOD. We tried the chicken teriyaki, chicken katsu, and the general Tao chicken, and i was blown away. Gen tao chicken was good, but the chicken katsu!!! The breading on the katsu was soft and crunchy while the meat was juicy and fresh. The best katsu ive had. People need to go try their katsu believe me. read more

The food is okay, and that why we've ate there a handful of times. The cashier lady has zero personality and was even talking on her cell phone while she served our order!!! We ordered the chow mien and took it back because it had a slimy (but hot) texture and smelled soured :(. She didn't seem to understand what was wrong. We ended up replacing it with a different dish. I thought it was *maybe* because I didn't tip enough, so we went back on Friday and even worse service than before! And the table we sat at was DISGUSTING!!! Our arms stuck to it! You could take the stem of the fork and scrap the crap off the table... BLECH!!! There are other teriyaki places in the small town that we will be giving our money to from now on. This place may look a little old and plain, but the food is awesome! Definitely my go to place whenever I am in the area. My favorite dish is the spicy chicken and chicken katsu combination.Their salad dressing is a little bit more tangy than the other teriyaki restaurants, which I don't mind so much. I really enjoy the food here; in my opinion, probably one of the best places to eat at in Enumclaw. Very relaxing and quiet.

2.5/5 star. There is a very distinct flavor going on in their teriyaki sauce, and it is not good. Ever had imitation maple syrup? Carmel coloring? I would bet money they are using cheap breakfast syrup in this sauce. It belongs on crappy frozen waffles, not chicken. Chicken doesn't taste awful, but it is definitely pounded out and precooked, as you can tell by its chewy,stringy consistency. That being said, it wasn't the worst teriyaki I've had. Wouldn't recommend though. We can blame the sugary demand on the sugar epidemic in America, because frankly these places simply assume these are the tastes the demographic looks for. And they'd be generally correct to that assumption as no one seems to complain about the sweetness and this is sadly carrying on a new tradition of making all teriyaki from here on out sweet as shit. Note to teriyaki places; ease up on the sugar. Now whenever the next generations eat teriyaki they are going to assume it's normal to be a pound of sugar in the sauce. It's supposed to be a faint touch of sweet to counter out the salty brine. I'm noticing over the years it's gotten sweeter and sweeter though. read more
