It's obvious what it is and understand it's the convenient mall location and I've been watching the numbers dip high and low and have asked if they sell a specific currency which they do and is so nice to know though noticed that they do charge a huge fee of $8.99 regardless of the amount that you're purchasing which can be reasonable if you're getting a large amount though reading further that they may need your personal information as well discouraged me quite a bit. They don't post the numbers so you just need to ask the staff which is very quick and easy but gonna check around further as this is not my thing. Thank you!

It is a small window located on Royal Hawaiian Ave. There is no parking so it's better to get dropped off, park in the nearest public paid garage around the corner or street metered parking.

If you park by Macy's and enter through there, once you walk through it'll be on your right side. You can reserve currency online and they will let you know when to pick up. Or if you'd like to chance it, go in and pick up the currency you need you may be lucky to get some. They do have the list of currencies they do keep on hand on the screen with exchange rates. But in the off chance the currency you need isn't up on the board, feel free to ask. They may have what you're looking for.

They were so easy to work with which is my partner and I opened our business checking with CPB. The reason I opened up a personal savings account is for a couple of reasons. 1St. it was so I could buy yen at a better rate than other banks as well as money changers. If you have an exceptional account which is 10k or more, they wont charge you transaction fees and you get a better exchange rate which for Yen is around 3 yen less than the daily rate is. 2nd reason is that their accounts are better in the sense the interests they pay is better than my other account and 3rdly the people are friendly and you feel warm and welcomed. The parking is free and the lines are usually short and the service is pretty quick as well. I am going to keep my account open here and might even open some CD accounts as well.

I…read morecompletely forgot about this Kahala location as it's slightly hidden from the main road as it's right behind the ZIPPY'S Kahala which is a decently sized building though thanks to Yelp as i was in the area and did a quick search was so happy to have found a location so much more closer than I imagined. This decently sized branch does have quite a bit of parking making it so easy to park and get my banking done and with four tellers available with to trainees it was very fast and easy to get my items processed. Nothing worse than standing in long lines after a long day so you know I'm keeping this place in mind for future visits. Thank you!

It saddens me to close it as I feel I'm losing a part of my connection to him. Looking at some signage, I can see why he liked banking here as they have pretty aggressive CD's and my dad would always maximize his money. The people are nice and friendly as I never had a bad encounter. Lots of free parking right in front. Who knows, maybe I will open an account or CD just so I can keep coming to this location. I like this credit union and I love this location. I'm so lucky it's just right down the street,…read moretoo. I can even stop at times or kahala mall or Foodland because everything is so close! I opened a Hawaiiusa account a long time ago because they were doing a promotion for teachers. I like that they offer things for teachers. This branch particularly has very nice tellers. The line can sometimes get long, but the tellers are fast and they're so friendly. They all seem to enjoy working here. I like the parking lot. I've never had to wait for a space. I don't have to pull a ticket like at the other downtown Hawaiiusa location, and I don't have to walk so far from my car to get to the doors like at the Ward location. I've never had issues with keeping my money here. I use the online site to check balances and transfer to other accounts. It's been a 10/10 experience using this bank and I would prefer to come to this location as opposed to all the other locations any day. They even have popcorn sometimes. I love popcorn.
