By the time you wait for curbside, you could have gone in and been back to your car. There were three employees assigned to curbside, yet orders were only being brought out one car at a time. Even for a single bag, two employees pushed out a cart. One employee spent time fixing his hair and pulling up his pants while a long line of cars continued to wait. Once I went inside, the experience wasn't any better. There were plenty of employees, but no one seemed interested in helping customers. The staff I encountered were unfriendly and not helpful. A 40-minute wait for curbside pickup is completely unacceptable. The service was slow, disorganized, and incredibly frustrating. I won't be using curbside pickup at this location again.

Our bride had a Pinterest board of the vision she was going for, and every dress Dana pulled was a hit. We probably "oooh"ed and "ahhhh"ed at every single one. Dana had her try on every kind of style close to the bride's vision "just in case". She ended up saying yes to a dress (the third dress tried on), and Dana put on a whole production with a veil, sleeves, and a bouquet and even had our bride sit with her thoughts for a minute and envision herself in that dress during the wedding. Towards the end, we hadn't found THE dress and there was definitely an all hands on deck moment where multiple people came by to grab dresses, clear the area, and "assist". I honestly think it would have been more constructive to literally state that we were approaching the end of our appt time and wrapping up. Though this store carries a good amount of variety, I would not recommend this experience to other brides. It felt rushed, impersonal, and overall detracted from the shopping process for my friend. The store itself is expansive; the front exterior facade is a complete fake out because it winds and winds in the back and has a good amount of capacity. Parking is street parking which can get busy/full so allow time for that as well.

But shower heads were $30-40 compared to $60 at the big home improvement store. Sometimes they have big appliances like fridges, washers, dryers. Big selection of clothing including shoes. They have some furniture as well. (Mattresses, couches, tables.) It's very clean and well organized. The store doesn't smell bad. It's a pleasant shopping experience. There's stuff brand new in the box. If I'm already in the area or nearby I would pop in to see what new inventory they have. I think as long as you think of it almost like a thrift store (no guarantee what you'll find that day although they have a little bit of everything and at what price) you'd be setting reasonable expectations for yourself.

They are an outlet for returns and damaged items, overstock, etc for big box stores like Costco, Sam's Club and Target, so you just have to know the prices of things or you need to search for the original prices on your phone. Generally, their food items are pretty good deals, but you need to check for items being expired or nearing expiration. Today the store was packed full of stuff and to my surprise, plenty of shoppers! They have a good amount of furniture and appliances today. Come check them out if you are looking for some deals on popular items you may be holding out for at the big box stores, you may be able to find it here.

Out of the items I wished I had thrown back was the sports bra because the straps were oversized (it would have worked better with a cross back). Total spend was $40. When I checked out, the cashier told me that they receive new items on Fridays/Saturdays. I went on a Friday so I did good. There's ample parking and it's in a business park. I arrived here during the afternoon of Saturday 6/17/2023 at around 12:55pm as the very cool exterior more or less drew me in to see what this place was all about. After exploring the entire store and much to my surprise, I loved the style of these clothes! There is black walls throughout with cool artwork and even stylish cabintry displaying hats, handbags, scarves, and other various accessories. Here you will find a very generous selection of apparel as I was very impressed with the mens' part of the store. This place negotiates with several independent labels including "Dadbod Apparel", "Sullen Clothing Company", "Hold Fast", "Dixxon Flannel Company", and "Graveyard Apparel Company". They also have a partnership with "American Bonfire Company", a popular sunglass line. During my visit, I saw a very impressive selection of graphic tees, sweaters, outerwear, denim, and accessories. Much of the product line is that hip, trendy look that is quite fashionable. As I read the small amount of reviews on this place, many people complained of the customer service as well as the no-return policy. During my experience, the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. Furthermore, I advise to try everything on prior to making your purchase as many smaller businesses won't accept returns due to a smaller overhead. With that said and done, I am giving "Rise and Redemption" a respectable four-star review.

I was told no, and the response included laughter and a comment like, "Haha, yeah, probably not," which left me feeling embarrassed. I walked away with two pairs of shoes and a pair of pants, though still nowhere near as much as my significant other bought! Overall, it turned into a fun and relaxing day.
