There's a ton of great bars in Savannah and this one just doesn't make the cut. Charging a cover and still having overpriced drinks while not providing anything additional in atmosphere. I'm all for covers if you have something special, but a staircase isn't considered special. Just walk a few more steps down the sidewalk and you'll find cool bars with fair prices. read more

This is probably one of my favorite bar/clubs in Savannah! They have amazing live music that you can sit outside and enjoy the city market while having a drink. Also after the live music they have DJ's that play all today's top hits and also take requests. And the drinks here are really good and reasonably priced, also the staff of this establishment are all really nice and willing to help you out. They really do put there customers first and want the customers to have a great time! read more

Great outdoor patio area where a fun 90's cover band was playing. Other than that the bar service felt uninviting and I was charged $16 for a gin and tonic and one bottle of water. Huge ripoff. I'd recommend skipping it unless there's awesome music. read more

Every time I come here, staff is 10 out of 10 when it comes to customer service. Manley the DJ is flat out amazing and it's always a good time when he's there. As far as places to go and have a good time, Treehouse is near the top of the list in Savannah. read more

Asked the bartender to put on the UCF game while Auburn was playing and he said it wasn't possible because he went to Auburn and "to find a bar that wants to watch UCF." The bar was near empty and I'm not surprised, the service was awful. Especially when your paying customers come below the needs of your staff. If I could give 0 stars I would. Okay, apparently people hate this place--surprising. Stopped in early one evening when there was hardly anyone there and it was a nice vantage point above the street. The Tree House truly lives up to its name. From the moment you walk through the front door and make your way up stairs, the atmosphere is not only amazing but electrifying. The staff is highly professional and super friendly. Everything from the jungle decor to the magnificent DJ makes the location my new favorite spot in the Savannah night life. Though they do not have draft beers, the stocked beer selection is top notch. With a unique specialty drinks like Liquid Marijuana and Savannah Grammar to some tasty shots like the Acid Trip, Pineapple Upside Down cake, and Morphine Drip.Every other bar in the area just seems like another dive. The music is awesome. Live performers that know their craft to the letter and an exceptional DJ that can mix any top 20's hit with great dance music. This place is worth checking out, if your in town, especially on the weekend. and its one of the few locations in the area where you won't have to leave the bar to smoke. I adore Tree House. I love the way it's decorated and the atmosphere. It does get crowded on the weekends, but tree drink specials and handsome male bartenders make it worth it. (Seriously. All of them are cute.) People watching in Tree House is always amusing ans I love the view. read more

The band that played last Friday was excellent! Great, sing along tunes from all different genres! The place is cool.. it was nice to sit upstairs on the deck that overlooks City Market. Only redeeming value is the view from the 2nd floor deck area. Warm beer, poor service and high drink prices says the rest. Bartenders were rude, bathrooms were sticky and everything was dirty. I love Savannah because you get the New Orleans vibe, without the dirty city and rampant crime. Tree House is everything bad about New Orleans and nothing like what brings most people to Savannah. Throw in dangerously under-lit and overcrowded stairways and you have reasons for both the local fire and health inspectors to check into this place more often. Read the reviews before you spend your time and money here (wish I had!). There are simply too many great places in Savannah, to waste time at the Tree House. read more

Rooftop Tavern aka the Treehouse is nice place to stop by to kick off a night of bar hopping; especially when DJ Phive Stars is in the building. I couldn't really tell you any of the drink specials but all the bartenders look like dream boats. read more

Worst bar in Savannah. Worst bartenders. One of the bartenders picked up my credit card slips and said "what? No tip?" and I told home he was looking at the customer copy. I tipped him on the merchants copy (the one he needs). He quickly apologized and commented that he wont serve to people who dont tip. It was the most disgusting thing I've ever witnessed. I try to go on the weekends because there is literally a bachelorette party every weekend night there. There are also balconies with tvs to smoke and watch a game. I was here about a year and a half ago on what you would call a soul-searching type of road trip. Loved it. Nowhere else in Savannah was more welcoming and fun than the Treehouse. I was in town for about a week and became buddies with the bartenders and talent here, Very chill atmosphere during the week, more of a nightclub scene on the weekend, Good local beers, awesome location, can't talk this place up more enough. I want to return to Savannah just to come here again...I'm the "Delaware" guy for those there who remember a night or two of debauchery in the fall of 2014...definitely a place to hit on an otherwise boring night. read more

We were walking around the Market area with some friends, and wanted to stop in somewhere for a quick drink. My friend decided to buy us a round of shots. 14 dollars for 2 shots of a royal flush split 3 ways. In a pitiful pathetic tiny cups that look like they are used for baby medicine. I kid you not, these tiny plastic cups hold no more than 1/3 oz of liquid. I asked the bartender if that is it, he just pretty much blew us off. After that we turned around and walked out. The place is dirty and disgusting, the stairway smelled of urine and vomit, and the upstairs bar was empty besides a small group of people on the patio listening to the live performer. That should have been a sign. I was sure to tell a group of ladies heading into the place too. At least they decided to go somewhere else, and saved them the trouble!
