Came here on a Saturday night with a group of 5 (4 adults and a 4 year old). We sat outside. It was a nice seating area with live music as well. It was slightly cold out, so, we asked if they could setup one of their propane heaters for us; they obliged. Service was friendly and attentive. Food was good too. The cheezy bread we got was a bit over toasted. But, everything else was up to par. We got a big salad to share, the cheesy bread appetizer, a salmon dinner, and a few sandwiches (BLT, ruben, & gyro panini). The little one had mac n cheese & apple sauce. All very tasty! What a great place! 10/10! Would highly recommend! We walked in late night and were greeted by the owner who gave us a full run down of the menu and sat us. There is an awesome outdoor space (deck) great for large groups and people watching as you over look a bike trail and golf course. The food was FANTASTIC!! My parents and I went to the Treehouse on June 27th, the night of the Trump/Biden debate on CNN. I had bought my mom a gift card for Mother's Day because she used to love it there, but we had no idea what we were walking into that night. They were showing the debate on all the TVs and the place was packed with MAGA supporters. When we were finally sat at our table, the guy next to us turned around and said, "this isn't a good place for liberals tonight." I have no idea why they pegged us as liberals. We waited and waited for our server and after 20-30 minutes, no one came to wait on us, so we decided to leave. On our way out, my Dad said, "well sir, the man on the left (Trump) should be behind bars for all of his felonies", and then the other man started singing "na-na-na-na- good-bye" and got the whole crowd to sing and harass us our entire way out. It literally felt like the 2024 version of "whites-only" water fountains/spaces from the 50-60s. I'm so disgusted that the owner of this place felt that this was the right environment for the community. We will never be back and I highly encourage everyone else who is inclusive to all, to not visit the Treehouse since they clearly only accept a certain kind of customer. read more

I hate that I have to do this, 3 star review! I wanted everything about this place to be AWESOME. The potential is there, great menu, great drinks, but poor execution. We started out with the stuffed mushrooms. 10/10. They were amazing!!! We were going to get pizza, and our waitress said they were out of mozzarella. She said we could still order pizza, but she had to run to the store to get mozzarella, and she would put our order in when she got back. No thanks, my other half ordered the zombie invasion burger, I ordered the Mediterranean burger, both ordered medium rare. I assume our waitress went to the store. Kitchen help delivered our food, dropped it off and walked away. I had asked to sub the curry mayo for tzaziki sauce, and didn't receive it. Took a bite of my burger, it was well done. Zero pink or juice. I flagged someone down and got my sauce. As you can see in my attached pictures, looks like I got the bottom of the bag of fries. Nobody wants to eat the crumbs from the corner of the fry bag. This shouldn't have even made it to my plate and past the expo. The zombie invasion was awesome too, but also well done. Our waitress returned from her store run and got our check. Now, I know you're probably thinking, big deal right? My burger wasn't cooked right, I expect a burger to be well done in a restaurant, that's just how it works. Unless you are starving, have unlimited time, all other restaurants are closed, and there is a zombie apocalypse, THEN go to Treehouse. I've been here three times with each time getting progressively worse. When it first opened a couple years ago, I expected the service to be hit and miss, but now there's no excuse for sitting at a table for several minutes and not even being acknowledged. It doesn't matter where you sit: inside or outside. No one will notice you. (I'm talking simple things like WATER.) The experienced and welcoming staff are always ready to suggest a new beer or assist customers in selecting the ideal beer to go with their meal. I am currently a senior at St. Ambrose University. During my 4 years, I have gone to Treehouse over 10 times. From going with my friends from school, and introducing it to my family when they visit. Every time I eat at Treehouse, it gets better and better. Treehouse is a fantastic addition to the Davenport dining scene and it is a great option when going out to eat with friends or family. Pandemic in this country. Today is July 31, 2020. We are in town traveling to Chicago. This place had good reviews. Tried to call and place a to go order no one answered the phone. Drove here and they are open. Hostess said they were too busy to take a to go order. Sat us at the bar to order to go. Absolutely no one customer or employee has a mask on their face. So disgusted by the lack of concern for customers. This is ridiculous. Everywhere else from CA, AZ, NV, Utah, Colorado and Nebraska has masks, but not this place. So disappointed. read more

Hmmm... how to explain my experience... Ambiance The treehouse is a nice place. Parking is kind of weird since part of it slopes down, yet there are some parking spots which make you feel like your car can tip over. The interior is similar to a sports bar with several TVs around. They have a patio area outside, but since it was a humid day out when we went, we chose to stay inside. Service Our waitress was nice. She did come and ask us what we wanted to drink but kind of disappeared for a bit when we asked her if we could have a little time to decide what we wanted. This was one of the disconnects going to the treehouse. We ordered food and it took about 50 minutes to cook. The place was busy but it was not that busy to get attention that long a wait. We had to get our meal to go since we had to be somewhere. My company got their food but I did not. I was told they wrapped my sandwich to go (we ordered sandwiches). After getting our food we left... now I ordered a Cuban sandwich... when I opened the container I found that it had slice lamb meat. Basically I got the wrong order. I was hungry at this point and decided to just eat it instead of drive back and get the right order... Food Well... disappointing since I got the wrong order so my expectations were pretty low. Finding out that I got a lamb sandwich (it is supposed to be a gyro sandwich but not a gyro) it was kind of bland. Seeing as I have had gyros (actual gyros) from places like the The Works (I still think they are one of the best) I got to say this was even more disappointing... I was told the food at the treehouse was really good when they 1st opened up but unfortunately I was not that impressed with it. Overall I would not recommend going here. I am being kind with 3 stars. The service was okay and them getting my wrong order and the cook time is a big let down. I hope management reads this... Tree house has fantastic food. I've been very pleased with the size, freshness and presentation of all of it. (pizzas, salads, apps, drinks). The service has also been great. Y'all really need to look at your restaurant with a customer's eye. Twice we have sat in the dining area by the oven. I felt like we were sitting in the break room. There were several un-bussed tables that servers ignored, and a very messy "pile" of random boxes, purses, bags. It was clear that the servers had no other place to put purses, eat or rest. The problem seems like it might have an easy fix. Put up a cubbie/locker system, and train staff to be aware of "front of the house/back of the house behavior. Please work on this... Worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. Where do I begin? I have been talking to the owner, Brian for 2 weeks setting up a surprise Birthday party for my older sister. He reassured me that I will be able to rent 2 Igloos for 12 people at 2 PM. I made it very clear to him the importance of this party. When I got there a few minutes before 2pm , I was stunned to find out that nothing was set up! Not only were the Igloos not wiped down, dirty chair covers even one of the workers gave me a towel to help him clean and then proceeded to vacuum the Igloos while we were all standing there! Our waitress Melissa, was polite at the beginning. However, she brought us a pitcher of ice and a pitcher of water with black and yellow particles floating in it. The appetizer plates were gross and were given to us with stale cheese stuck on them!! We got all of our appetizers, but 1!! Here comes the icing on the cake! We receive our food and 2 of us found HAIR! Not 1 but 3 hairs. We were all grossed out!! And the chicken sandwich was so overcooked and burnt it was unedible. At this point we couldn't eat! Brian decided later to show up to not only ignore our complaints rather to offer us vouchers for our next visit!!! Are you serious??? He took our dishes back stating that he was not going to charge us for them but guess what?? HE CHARGED US FOR THEM!!! Then offered to pay for a round of drinks, guess what??? Okay so I have never made a review on Yelp before, but this was such a disappointment... my boyfriend surprised me with a date night, made reservations to sit outside, and we drove all the way over from Illinois. We arrived 10 minutes early to our reservation time. They were able to seat us in the bubble right away. However, the only person we saw that night was the hostess who sat us. We waited 50 minutes... from 4:50pm until 5:40pm until officially deciding to cut our losses and leave. I didn't know this until after the fact, but to reserve the outdoor seating it is an extra $10 per head. So to sit in the bubble for an hour... without being seen by one waitress... or I should say served, because we had seen two waitresses serve the three other outdoor bubbles and one waitress accidentally came to us with someone else's drinks, but didn't proceed to ask if we had been seen when we had no drinks and menus sitting on the table... it would've been $20 on top of what we would've ordered if we would've stayed. To me that isn't worth shitty service... I'm sure there have been amazing experiences with good service at this place, but with the scary yelp reviews of the owner being irate with customers, arrested due to personal decisions, and the service we had I felt compelled to write this review... I was planning a birthday party with 80 guests from my home in Altoona, Iowa to take place in Davenport, Iowa. Brian with Treehouse Pub and Eatery help me plan a menu and provided a spectacular amount of wonderful food. We had pizzas (delicious), pulled pork, Italian beef and chicken salad sliders, potato salad, macaroni salad, Plantation salad (amazing) and Harvest Salad.
