Ron and his crew have been terrific both times that I needed pruning of a very large cedar in the front of my house. Both times I needed help under fairly urgent conditions and Ron was able to work me into their very busy schedule. TreePro was initially recommended because I needed an arborist to be able to tell me whether an 80-ft, likely 100+ year old tree was diseased after it suddenly dropped a one-ton limb. Ron got here the day I called him and was able to reassure me it was healthy but needed a good pruning to keep this from happening again. The bid was very reasonable and fair. His crew was on-time, efficient, did a beautiful job and also cleaned up fabulously. Three years later, I need their services a second time due to a requirement from home owner's insurance. Again, Ron showed up immediately, worked me into their schedule and did another fabulous job. Over the years, TreePro has pruned and removed a variety of large trees at our primary residence in Occidental and our rental property in Sebastopol. John came out to give us an estimate on an extensive amount of tree work. After years of differed maintenance we knew we would not be able to afford much. We were given "ala carte" prices, as well as daily rate prices. These were lofty prices. John reassured us of what he could provide at their daily rate, and after much deliberation, we chose that option. We were not disappointed. I had great experience working with TrePro two times . I hired them on behalf of my relative.They were there for a pruning job. They are Nationally Recognized by TCIA for Pruning of Heritage Oak Trees at Michael Hall Park in Windsor. I was also quite satisfied with their rules and policies. So I hired again them just a week before for a trimming job. I have around 3 to 4 large trees in my yard and it is difficult for me to trim them. The whole crew was amazing with great skills and expertise in what they do. A good experience indeed but want to get more jobs done by them. Even more important than best price, it was critical the company could properly handle the trees as two of them are over 100 years old and unusual.
