The service and price is great. But the communication is so so bad- something that I have never experienced before. The time wasted, you can get a quote from someone else. They take a week to confirm a time, then they no show and then you have to ask them daily when they are able to come out and sometimes they show and sometimes they don't. Sad because they do good work for a great price but just don't know when they will actually show up. read more

I wish I could give 10 stars! Omar the owner is awesome he's super professional and just a nice guy. I was able to get a quote and date set all over text prior, which is so much easier than someone coming out for a quote then having to rebook.(I saw in previous reviews it was impossible to get ahold of him, he replied before I could even press send so I did not have that problem at all) I had a huge tree taking over my neighbors yard (which another company told me they would have to outsource to a tree company) and weeds consuming my backyard taken care of by them in less then 2 hours and it looks AMAZING. I have had the same amount of work taken care of before in close to 4-5 hours so it was FAST.. Lastly they are super reliable, on time (which has been EXTREMELY hard to even find a landscaper to show up let alone on time) hard working, and do awesome work for a GREAT price. You seriously can't beat these guys. Unprofessional / Lack of communication Omar reached out asking for pics and inquired about the service I needed. He quoted me and offered to start the next week, which I agreed. Monday came around and noticed no work began and I wasn't contacted regarding it. Gave him till 4pm and text to ask if he was still coming around. Said some issues came up and would be around the next day to do the work. Next day, didn't hear from him again as no work was started. Recently needed my front yard cleaned up, weeds, trees, blow out rocks, etc... I've been stressing about this for about about a month or or you could say the same amount of time the lovely and overly communicative HOA gave me to get it done. I was looking for somebody number one that would answer the phone, would show up and that was not crazy expensive. I found Omar and his company through Yelp. After getting a couple estimates, I called him. I thought he was very professional, communicative and really easy to talk to. I told him what I needed, and asked him if he could go by my property and he agreed. I figured in at least a day or two I'd hear from him. I got a phone call at about 4:30 pm same day. He was at the property, he gave me a price and I hired him on the spot. I found Omar to be reasonably priced, very attentive and once he was done, I got pictures of his work!!! Great communication in the beginning, suddenly stopped responding to messages and was a no show to our appointment.

We needed an immediate yard clean up last minute due to a HOA violation and we were getting quotes from multiple companies. I used this service once before, back in early May. Omar was cordial and even did my first service on the spot. But, here is where I have an issue: if I shake your hand in agreement with the terms that we've verbally agreed upon, I expect for that agreement to be honored. I have not heard from Omar, nor have had my once-a-month service taken care of. It's not that the service hasn't been carried out. It's the lack of communication. I can understand that we are still somewhat in a pandemic but you still need to communicate with your customers. They don't know what barriers you have or if you have other things going on that prevents you from fulfilling your contractual obligation. When the service is done, it's done right and I like what's done. Other than that, the business itself needs to pick up the communication and fulfilling of said future services contract-wise. read more
