The service isn't always the best (I should give 4 stars for how eager they are to close in the final hour of operation, and how unfriendly they can become at that time), but the products are good, solid, affordable, and the pricing is not bad, the normal hours service is really great, and the best part is that all of your money is staying in the community because this store, which has a lot in common in terms of size and selection with a big box store, is actually a little family owned business with only this location! So it's an obvious upgrade to 5 stars for that.

I then had them put the wheels from the Roubaix on my Cervélo, which increased my speed by two minutes. Next, I will have them swap out my Pinarello for my Cervélo wheels. If it can be done, Fred can do it. He also will give you the best advice even if it means he's not going to make any money off the sale. He would give you the same customer service if you bought in a bike for $10.00 or $10,000.

I found Tito's on Google because it was close, they offered mobile service and they had solid reviews. Rodrigo pulled up, assessed my car and he absolutely remodeled it! I meant to leave this review a while ago but forgot. Lol. They book services with an app called Booksy but if you tell them what you want, they will book it for you. You cannot beat the level of convenience for this service. Just make sure if you're doing mobile to your house that you have access to a hose spigot. I literally just booked another detail and I am for sure sticking with this company for the foreseeable future. If you want a quality, precise auto-detail, Tito's is who you want! After spending 3 hours in store on 9/22/2026, I came on in to buy a BowFlex T9 trwadmill, paid for…read morea BowFlex T9 trwadmill, tripled checked with the staff team along with a picture and in-store listed price tag of the Bowflex T 9 treadmill specifically but somehow I was still given a BowFlex T6 treadmill. That is a $500 difference. The BowFlex T9 treadmill was listed for $1399.98 in store and online which the store did not update their systems to portray that price tag and tried selling it to me for $1499.99 MSRP. Not only did I have to tell the cashier about their own discount but I had to find the manager to ask them to reduce the price to the listed price of $1399.98. After the BowFlex T6 treadmill was loaded into my truck and I had made the trip home, that's when I realized it was a BowFlex T6 treadmill and NOT the BowFlex T9 treadmill once I had already arrived home. After calling Dick's customer service and explained the situation: a) we had to make the hour drive back to the store, b) wait another 45 minutes to get the correct and PAID BowFlex T9 treadmill into the bed of my truck, c) since they were short staff, my family and I had to help load our own BowFlex T9 treadmill after the mistake was caused by Dick's sporting good's employees, d) with the gas price increase per gallon they only offered us 15% discount for the hassle which DOES NOT justify the 2 hour drive there and back and I had to ask for a 20% discount instead but was really given 14.3% because I had to pay 5.7% to get it back to the promotion listed price, e) when refunding the amount back, they removed the original promotion of $1399.98 and charged use $1499.99 with a 20% discount which is outrageous because we did not go into the store to buy it for $1499.99 but for $1399.98 so we had to cough up the promotion cost ourselves which is completely wrong, f) by the time we actually got the device loaded in my truck, it was already 8:45 pm which is 15 minutes from closing when I should already be home and assembling the treadmill, g) why did they remove the original promotion off and charge me MSRP price after it was the EMPLOYEE'S MISTAKE that caused all of this. Dick's sporting good has officially lost a customer forever especially because that was my first ever big purchase as Dick's sporting good. They employees down played the severity of the situation because the BowFlex T6 treadmill was on sale for $999.99 online and in-store while the treadmill that I actually bought, the BowFlex T9, was listed for $1399.98 which is a $400 difference not including the labor and gas cost go to and back to the store. This action is very scummy of the company and 100% will NOT be receiving my service anymore. Wasted an extra 2 hours of my life for something that SHOULD NOT have happened in the first place. BE AWARE WHEN BUYING ANYTHING EXPENSIVE FROM DICK'S SPORTING GOODS.
