I went here on a whim since they opened up down the street from my house. They were running a special for grand opening and the normal price for eyebrows is already cheaper than what I pay now. Indira made me feel welcomed when I walked in while she was in the middle of doing someone else's brows and directed me to sign in. When she began doing my brows she had that gentle touch. Some threaders make you feel like they are taking your skin off but not Indira, she has a gentle hand and you could barely feel her threading. Again I've been doing this for 11 years so that could just be me. Before starting she asks what you would like and then proceeds to show you what she will be leaving and taking off. I really appAfter she was done with one eyebrow she made sure that was what I wanted in order to proceed to the next brow. I have think sparse brows so they aren't easy to thread and are easily messed up if you don't know what the heck you are doing. Indira did phenomenal and I even got a mini eyebrow massage at the end. I will keep coming back here for my eyebrow threading. I'm super excited they opened this in our area. Indira you ROCK! Update: after coming here for over a year I can truly say I love this place. All of the techs are amazing at what they do and very sweet. Indira changed her days of the week she worked and I kept forgetting those days and the other lady I saw wrote down Indiras work days for me on the stamp card so I didn't forget.... I'm glad that they were open on Easter Sunday. When I went in, there was nobody there. Honestly, it was very dirty and I was super turned off and nervous to even get the service done. There was trash and crumbs all over the floor. I walked up to the counter and nobody was standing there, but there was a baby in a crib right there. I finally heard the lady in the back say to give her a minute, and I was totally fine with waiting. The prices here are quite a bit more than most places I've been to ($14 for brows vs $10 I've paid everywhere else) so I was kind of shocked. However, this is probably the second best brow place I've ever been to. I really love the way that they turned out, after just getting a cleanup. She put witch hazel on at the end. The reason why I'm giving it four stars, though, is because she was on the phone the entire time and had headphones in. I couldn't tell if she was talking to me or somebody else because she was speaking a different language.

I had No appointment (I did arrive 30 minutes after they opened) & was seated immediately. Peter is a hoot while he meticioulsy handled my nails with care. & his wittiness was enjoyable. The basic manicure felt like a spa manicure. Absolutely no complaints for the $27 price - soaking off my Gel, detailed oriented by asking my preferences & a relaxing almond infused oil (my choice) massage afterwards. This caused unnecessary confusion and felt very unprofessional. Unfortunately, this was not the first time I've experienced scheduling issues here involving the same technician. What made the situation worse was how my concerns were handled by the front desk receptionist. I was interrupted multiple times, spoken over, and told the miscommunication was my responsibility, despite never being notified of any changes. The interaction felt dismissive, argumentative, and lacking empathy or professionalism. I came in expecting a relaxing Mother's Day treat for myself and instead left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. When I booked the appointment, I was informed that Ana was unavailable at my requested time and was offered either a 5:00 PM appointment that same day or an appointment the following day. At no point during that phone call was I told that I would instead be scheduled with a different technician. If that had been clearly communicated, this confusion could have easily been avoided. When I arrived that morning, the receptionist was not yet at the front desk or inside the building. I was also not the only customer who checked in before the receptionist arrived. Ana was outside, greeted me herself, and began my pedicure. Ana herself would not have known who she was scheduled to see until clients were checked in, so it is unfair to place the responsibility entirely on me for the confusion. What made the experience disappointing was not simply the scheduling mix-up, but how the situation was handled afterward. During the conversation, the receptionist acknowledged that I had not been clearly informed over the phone that I would have a different technician, yet the responsibility continued to be placed on me for "not clarifying." I was repeatedly interrupted, argued with, and at no point was I genuinely apologized to. Overall, I will not be returning. I understand that mistakes and scheduling mix-ups can happen, especially during busy holidays, but the continued lack of accountability and the attempt to place all responsibility on the customer is what ultimately left the worst impression.
