They sell some cute trendy items. But if you disagree with them on an item they mispriced they will not honor it! They don't know anything about style, they just sell merchandise. Manager pissed me off because they didn't put the correct price on the item. He tried to argue with me about the same brand and same style jacket and say they were different. I was in Houston visiting from Chicago and I must say I really wish Trend Mall was in Chicago. I spend over $300 getting shoes and clothing to take back to Chicago.... I found so many items at a very good price. Speaking of pricing I couldn't believe the prices. I'm in Houston three time a yr and I will definitely come and shop at Trend Mall always......The Down side were the girls working in the fitting room they were just down right rude and please believe I let them both know if consumer don't buy you won't have a job. I gave 5 stars because I absolutely love the clothes there! The guys working there are hilarious. The girls that work there are by far the most rude individuals I have ever encountered! I personally still shop there because of the prices and the good clothes but they could do with out the chicks that work there. There is one in particular that was working the dressing room when me and 2 other friends were trying on clothes that honestly was seconds away from getting cursed out at. She didn't think I spoke Spanish and made a comment about me trying on clothes...trust me she was a deer in head lights when I spoke Spanish to her when I left to prove that you can't sit there talking about people just because you speak a different language. But it's all good it's the money I spend there the reason she still is employed! Other than that the clothes is beyond awesome, the guys and there is a middle eastern girl that works there that is extremely extremely nice! Can't afford Herve Leger? Want something super cute to possibly wear once or twice then throw away, or want to check out a trend without breaking the bank? Trend Mall is definately not the place I would normally go. No offense, but they have some tacky stuff in there. But they also have some super cute CHEAP stuff too. For an upcoming Mexico holiday trip, I picked some some sweet tank tops, and cut off shorts. Total bill $30. I stocked up on some basic V neck T shirts, and super comfy scarves, each was about $4. I also got a super sexy maxi dress that the only place I would wear is on vacation in the middle of now where, but for $15, who cares? They actually have some very cute club type dresses that have promise, some are WAY over the top for me, but if you like that sort of thing, definitely check out Trend Mall. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO TRENDMALL AGAIN!!!! Customers beware........This store has a policy which they dont post or communicate openly. You are not able to try on or return bodysuits. Now they have 100 different styles and colors that range in price from $10-$35. Bodysuits are worn over undergarments. Every retailer in the business allows customer to try on theses garments and return them if necessary, except this place. Which is a lower-cheaper version of forever 21. When I spoke to the manager Kelly Chang, I was told that it is because of hygiene purposes. As a consumer I finds this insulting and unethical! To think I would every be a patron of a store that thinks there customers are not clean enough to try on there cheap cloths and not intelligence enough to purchase them at there own risk is ludicrous! Considering your client base is mostly women of color!!! Way to go Trend Mall read more

Love, love, love this store! When I found out they put a clothing store I've never heard of, where a DSW used to be, I had to check it out! This store has almost everything. It's affordable, good enough quality clothes and big! Perfect for back to school clothes! I've told all my friends about Trend Mall and how cute their clothes are. Now I have friends that are as stylish as me! Forget those other stores in the malls like A'Gaci where the clothes never fit or even last long and go check out Trend Mall. They have a huge I mean huge selection of shoes. Amazing prices....I could spend a couple hours in here easily. It's comparable to just in (Harwin) and even forever twenty one for the most part. Service is helpful and it seems clean enough. I would def recommend going if you are looking for some new clothes in the westheimer area. read more

Went here last night was very impressed prices were right for the quality they do really well keepin up with competitor prices. I just got me a sports type bra for $5.99 but was dissapointed to not find any C cups at all so I settled for a D and it actually fits perfect. Good selection really cute unique stuff, staff was very sweet and helpful. Will visit again this weekend so I can have more time to look around this place is big! read more

I Went to this store twice and i thought that it was a complete waste of time, gas, and money! The Clothes are nice but i bought 2 items from them on two seperate important occasions and the tags were WRONG both times. The dresses i found were a Large, that was written on the tag, and later after the return dat, i realised i couldnt get into them because they were both a size small!!! i could'nt return them very frustrating. I went back a week later to get the correct size, THEY ALL were wrong. Totally done with that store read more

I've been to this store a few times and always leave happy. There are many many other places to shop in the big city but this store is quick and affordable. Each store we ladies shop at have a purpose. This store is definitely one to keep in rotation. I'll be back...soon! read more

Worst place ever!!! I bought a pair of shoes and a jacket at this store for a birthday present. I was told at the store that I would not be able to get any refunds and that exchanges were only admitted within five days from purchasing. Kind of weird policy, but it's their policy and that was OK. I kept the receipt and unfortunately none of the item fit the person I had bouhgt them for, more unfortunately, I just could not find the receipt, I looked for it once and again, but somehow it dissappeared from my purse, probably it fell off my purse and I didn't notice it. Anyway, I went to the store with the items still in their original packages and with their labels and explained what had happened. The manager of the store could not be more rude to me as she was. I was almost begging her to help me out with the situation and she did not even look at me, not even once, all the time she was repeating like an automated machine that If I did not had the receipt she would not do anything. Looking at her computer screen all the time like I was nothing. I felt terrible, frustrated, and dissapointed. How can someone so rude work with customers and even be a store manager? This was at the store located at 8383 Westheimer Rd, and it happened Sunday, Nov 25, 2012. I just lost my 67 dollars and she could not even say she was sorry. Sad Thing. When I bought the items I had decided to come more often to this store, especially because I liked their shoes and stuff, My mother will be coming to town soon and I had planned to take her there because I live nearby, and buy most of her clothing there, but after this experience I would never get even close to one of this stores. read more
