I went in to make a return on day 8, not realizing their policy only allows returns up to day 7. I completely understand that part and was fine with doing an exchange instead. However, when I asked for help finding my size, she stood there and said, "You can choose any shirt, any size, for exchange." I asked her twice to confirm, and she repeated the same thing. When I picked the next size up, she suddenly said I owed about $4 more because of a "price difference." That's not what she had said earlier. To make matters worse, she began muttering things under her breath in another language. I recorded it and translated it afterward -- and what she said was completely inappropriate and racist. It's unacceptable for any business owner to treat customers like that. I will never shop here again, and I hope others think twice before supporting a store that allows this kind of behavior.

He told her he was there for new shoes but did not know his size, so she took him over to measure his feet and figure out the right fit. I know she could not see me (my vehicle has tinted windows), so this was just Yuri being a thoughtful and attentive person, not someone who was trying to impress a parent. My son's feet are in that awkward in-between stage... too big for kids' sizes, but with limited options in the first size of men's shoes. I walked in just as Yuri had finished measuring his feet and was patiently listening to him explain what kind of shoes he was hoping to find. Every style he liked was unavailable in his size, so each time, Yuri looked it up in the system and then went into the backstock to try to locate it for him. While waiting, my son started (intentionally) sliding around on the floor in his socks like Tom Cruise in Risky Business... and even though I was losing my patience with him, Yuri never did. She stayed kind, polite, and helpful the entire time. Thanks to her, we walked out with four pairs of shoes he liked (instead of the 2 we initially planned on). The measurement was 4" of the embroidery work and I was told that I needed to pay a setup fee, which I was willing to pay. It took me a few weeks to get my jersey back to the store, but when I did, I was told that someone had already paid the setup fee and that I didn't need to pay that after all. What they didn't tell me was that it would not be the size I wanted. In fact, it wasn't even half the size!!! Then I was told that it would take a week to 10 days to complete it. It took well over a month. Then I was asked about placement of the ribbons. I told them in the center. They were not centered and toward the top. I was also told that I would be texted when the jersey was done. But all communications were done via email only which further delayed the work because I get over 200 emails a day and literally had to search for the communications. They said that they could redo the work, but that I would have to pay the setup fee. And likely wait another 6 weeks for my jersey? No thanks. Now I need to find another embroidery company to see if they can fix this. This has been a horrible experience for me.
