Beyond the Olukai brand, there were couple of other brands being offered that provided yoga wear, snow wear, and sunglasses. The experience was good as fellow customers were not agressive. I went in to make a return on day 8, not realizing their policy only allows returns up to day 7. I completely understand that part and was fine with doing an exchange instead. However, when I asked for help finding my size, she stood there and said, "You can choose any shirt, any size, for exchange." I asked her twice to confirm, and she repeated the same thing. When I picked the next size up, she suddenly said I owed about $4 more because of a "price difference." That's not what she had said earlier. To make matters worse, she began muttering things under her breath in another language. I recorded it and translated it afterward -- and what she said was completely inappropriate and racist. It's unacceptable for any business owner to treat customers like that. I will never shop here again, and I hope others think twice before supporting a store that allows this kind of behavior.
