There are plenty of options for shoes for Western style, like cowboy boots and workwear like boots for work and steel toes boots. The service here is really helpful and will provide assistance whenever called. I had to do an exchange on boots and they were very helpful in finding a different size. The parking here is very abundant as it is in a larger plaza with other stores next to it and nearby. The price is here are within 100 to 250 per pair of cowboy boots. Shirts and jackets range between 20 bucks 25 bucks up to 80 and 100+ for nicer jackets cowboy hats are also really good quality and can range over $100 easily but you can find cheaper options as long as you look and or ask for assistance. Cons: I did not recall seeing too many cons at this place. If I were to be nitpicky, I did not see a public bathroom but I'm sure there was one available. Verdict: I would come to boot barn for any of my western clothing needs. They have very high-quality items at different price points for anybody's price range. They were NikeKD. My son got blisters on top of his foot from them after wearing a couple times. When we brought them back to request a credit or refund we were informed they were "too worn" by their manager Sal. We had bought them two weeks before. I know Nike would stand behind their product if it caused harm to the customer. I am now taking it up with Nike since Shoe palace won't do anything about it. Just disappointing. I will no longer return here to shop since I know they don't care about customer service. We have never had an issue like this before with a product from shoe palace. I have learned they will not stand behind the products they sell with a fit warranty. Note to consumers: Buy direct from Nike where they stand behind their product, worn or not, for 60 days. It's just not worth it when you spend over $100 on shoes. Lesson learned and unfortunately the manager, Sal, did not make any efforts to try and retain us as customers.

Against my better judgement I purchased them along with another pair on clearance. Upon returning to my room, I realized I made an error and purchased an incorrect size on the clearance shoes. Less than 24 hours later, I returned to exchange for the correct size. I was told there's absolutely no returns on clearance. I was never told that at the store at the time of purchase. He told me to look at my receipt as it was clearly on my receipt. Upon looking at my receipt, it did say no returns on clearance items. However, I was not trying to return them for my money back, but merely trying to exchange for the correct size. I explained that they clearly had not been worn and I was not returning them, but would just like to exchange for the correct size. He stated that this was company policy and I should've read my receipt. My interaction today was with a team lead, which was extremely disappointing. Apparently, this Carlsbad, crocs store has an abundance of customers and customer service is not a priority. Two horrible experiences and I will not be returning. There's even a section where you can buy little trinkets/toppers (I don't remember their official name) - but they are different designs that have a dented bottom, that you can push into the holes on your Crocs to decorate them further. Pricing was decent - since it was an outlet store, there were a few promos going on - mostly if you bought more than a pair.

The staff and managers are unhelpful, and they don't care if you don't come back! They do nothing to improve that. I was looking for a sabiki fishing lure and went to the front to ask for assistance and they said that someone would be there to assist. I waited but no one came over to help. I have bought dozens of sabiki lures in the in the past from this store so I went back to the front staff said they don't have them anymore. I'm so tired of Apathy doesn't sell but only motivates customers to walk out! Your in-store staff doesn't like customers but the feeling is mutual! I bought a sabiki lure elsewhere and will buy sporting goods on Amazon free from having to endure inept, non-service, no can do BS from in-store staff.
