He gave his a 9/10 saying he was happy it was a lot less greasy than some other quesadillas he'd had. I give mine a 7.5/10 for the very fresh avocado and excellent tasting cheese. Wow. After rolling into town late and wanting nothing more than a quick and delicious meal, this absolutely hit the spot. I love that it's a food truck as I'm a bit wary of spending much time in businesses in the time of Covid. Alejandro was kind, charming, and passionate about the business (though I failed to ask if he's the owner). He warned us of the extreme spice of the diablo tacos and he wasn't kidding...that sh*t is HOT. Alejandro delivered our food straight to our truck and we were so excited we dug in right there in the parking lot. The fish tacos were absolutely incredible - fresh with big fillets, lots of slaw, and a fat wedge of avocado. The al pastor tacos were juicy and flavorful and exactly what I was hoping to eat from a sweet little taco shop food truck. We rounded out our dinner with some tres leches and rolled away fat and happy. I can not recommend this place enough. Flagstaff is lucky to have truly fantastic little gem!! read more

They actually have quite a bit to choose from on the menu. I chose the chicken mole enchilada, one Carne asada taco, one de al pastor, and a shrimp taco. And let me tell you, they were AMAZING! I asked for no onions because they are THE BANE OF MY EXISTANCE, and they unfortunately left the onions on everything. But despite that I still really loved everything I ordered. My bf and I came here one night hungry and exhausted from visiting the grand canyon and omg best decision ever!! Stayed at an AirBnb a few blocks away from this parking lot food truck trailer. Took home food from Tres Amigos both nights. Wife and I were on our way back from LA meeting my in-laws coming from home in Albuquerque for a day trip to the Grand Canyon. They made it to the AirBnb before us and picked up tacos on or behalf. We already had a huge lunch and by the time we arrived, we were practically ready for bed and weren't hungry until I looked into the box of three tacos: Carnitas, Al Pastor and Fish. They were all delicious. The tortilla was freshly made and the garnishes were fresh, finely chopped and added the perfect crunch to the tacos. They were just the right amount of spicy, came with fresh salsas and were incredibly filling. Despite not wanting to eat, I licked my fingers clean. The carnitas was fine, perhaps a little too much meat (which isn't a bad problem to have) but the al pastor was sweet, spicy and omg delicious, almost as delicious as the fish! Jesus, it was good, so good that I went back for an Al Pastor burrito and a glutinous "appetizer" 2nd fish taco on night two. My in-laws got shrimp tacos and super nachos.
