Great crowds...the Food Truck food...meah. Stopped in to Historic's Trailer, and ordered up the BBQ Slider, and a Pretzel with Beer Cheese. I mean beer and cheese, with soft and chewy pretzels? Heller! The Slider came on Hawaiin-esque rolls, with a side of chips. $5.00 - BAM! Not worth it. The Chips...homemade and tasty. The Pretzel....oh man, we were so excited $5.00 Large Pretzel and Beer Cheese!. Beer Company - and Beer Cheese dipping sauce. You got it going on! Hell to the yeah! Nope. Not even. So Beer cheese is pretty simple, get a beer (they've got plenty), imbibe while sauteiing the garlic in an oil and hot suace base, until garlic begins to turn. You with me here? Okay, once that's simmering and sizzling add at least 12 oz of Beer. Not the one your imbibing. STIR. once this begins to simmer and bubble, add roughly about 16 oz of Cheese, I recommend a Swiss/Sharp chedder mix, with a TBSP of lfour. That's FONDUE-ESQUE!
