The menu is in Spanish but like I mentioned the lady will explain if you need it. The restaurant inside is small. 4 booth and a table. Nothing fancy. The food is delicious. Okay first I have to get the critiques out of the way. First they don't have metal table wear and the plastic ones were very flimsy. They also make you pay for bottles of water which I think is illegal but... the food though makes up for all of that it was so good and tasted so flavorful and handmade. Ambiance was amazing too! This cute little hole in the wall was FANTASTIC. Amazing tacos, and amazing carne asada fries. My boyfriend ordered a California burrito and said it was the best burrito he's ever had in his life! Highly recommend the carne asada fries (we ordered ours without cheese because I'm allergic) but I'm sure it's even better with the cheese!! The tacos were also delicious, would definitely order them again. If you're in the area and craving authentic Mexican food, I highly recommend. This is the blandest Mexican food I've ever had in flagstaff. Everything I ordered was severely lacking in basic flavor and seasoning. They don't even bother to grill the tortillas for the tacos. Everything was so tasty, especially the red pork. It was a bit spicier than my mom and I prefer, but it was so tasty that we ate it all.

Ordered 3 breakfast burritos at $10 each. Much more expensive than other places around town. Burritos were VERY bland and the salsa was not good either. We definitely will not be back. read more

Wife and I went here for the first time the other night. Wife got the menudo, I ordered 2 queso birria tacos. We grew up near the border of AZ/Mexico and make our own mexican food every week. Needless to say we take our mexican food seriously. The pluses based on what we ordered. The birria tacos were good, almost very good. The flavor was good and the ingredients seemed of quality, but the spice was a little tamed down. Perhaps they do this for the anglos in the area (I am one as well). The birria is good but not as flavorful as in Tucson at say St. Mary's or Seis. Taco shells were thick, cheese was great. Shells were a little too soft - a little more cook on these would of helped a great deal. With a more spice and a little stiffer shells these tacos would cross into the great category. Price was a little high at $6 per taco but I would definitely eat them again. Menudo was adequate but under-spiced / a little bland. Perhaps this is purposeful?? Ingredients were quality. read more
