Wow wow wow. Hidden gem alert. Just bought 2 kinds of cerviche and 2 kinds of agua chile (my favorite Mexican seafood dish). They have such amazing quality and selection. The food was super fresh and now my friends all want to eat here. Ashley made us feel so welcome and was amazingly helpful. She made us want to eat everything there haha.

I'm always impressed when I visit this place. The food is so fresh. The prices are so good and the staff so helpful. If you love fresh seafood or you love Sinaloa products like specific hot sauces to that area, you need not look another minute. This is the place to go.

I went here because I was craving ceviche, and it did not disappoint, it was so delicious and I was completely satisfied. I definitely want to come back for more! The staff were also very friendly. The only downside is that everything is written in Spanish, which makes it a bit tricky since I can't read Spanish. I also wanted to get some raw oysters (they're only $1 each, which is super cheap!), but they said it would be an extra $1 per oyster to have them shucked. I decided to pass on that, since Whole Foods does it for free.

Tres Islas is a hidden gem. Super clean seafood market. They have amazing party trays. Ceviche. Aguachiles. But I can hear for the bloody clams. It's a ceviche bloody clam like they serve in Mexico. I paid almost $30 for dead clams that did not open upon cooking...according to their manager, "clams do not open when they are cooked because the dead ones are already opened ". Which I already had several that were already opened and dead. They did not want to even offer a refund or at least replace the clams. Never coming here again...I find it also in poor taste that the owner or manager would rather sit in the back room and reply to a bad review online instead of addressing a customer directly. read more

This place is amazing! Aside from how clean and professional it is, the product is FRESH and competitive in price. The manager/owner came out to greet me and also gave me a quick turtorial on seafood, quality and freshness. They also make the ceviche to order. So you order and they make it on spot. I rarely write reviews but this place is amazing The aguachiles and ceviche are so good! Ashley was so helpful and informative. I don't know much about seafood and what to purchase or how to even order lol but she made it so simple. I am a fish fanatic and always buy at highly reputable stores which usually means expensive. I was told about this store and gave it a try. On the first visit I was treated like a King and offered oyster shooters and Ceviche to try. I bought Salmon and a dozen oysters. Both were extraordinary and about half the price of my regular store. Second visit I again bought oysters and some octopus. All fabulous again. I have always avoided Mexican oysters because of the warm water, but these are excellent and just over $1 a piece. Shucking is a bit tough but that's part of the experience. A truly great find. BTW the Salmon was sushi grade. read more

The service and freshness of the seafood was amazing! We called ahead of time to check on oyster prices and we were blown away by the service and quality of hospitality. We arrived and were instantly greeted and help with top quality service. We were able to sample different hot sauces and different tomato juices. If the store was truly closed, why were other customers still being checked out? The entire interaction felt targeted, disrespectful, and humiliating. While I cannot know the cashier's intentions, being denied service while another customer was served moments later left my friends and me feeling singled out and unwelcome. Rather than argue, I left all of my items behind and walked out. I have shopped at 99 Ranch for years and never expected to experience something like this. I hope management reviews the surveillance footage and register activity from Register 14 around 9:00 PM on June 6, 2026, and addresses why customers were falsely told the store was closed while others continued to receive service. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Most of their fish range from $32-35 per pound and their Mexican white shrimp were $25/lb. I do very much plan to come back but this would not be a frequent stop for me

However, while packaging them, the bag split open and all four steaks fell onto the floor. The employee quickly picked them up and took them back behind the counter. It appeared that he attempted to rinse them off and package them to sell to me anyway. When he brought them back, I asked, "Didn't those salmon steaks just hit the floor? Could you please get me four new ones?" His response, said quietly under his breath, was, "Oh, you saw that." He then selected four replacement steaks, weighed them, and labeled them for purchase. I was very disappointed that anyone would attempt to sell food that had fallen on the floor. That experience left a very negative impression and made me question the seafood department's food handling practices. The rest of my shopping experience was fine, and the highlight of my visit was one of the restaurants inside the store--a boba and milk tea shop. The service there was excellent, and I had one of the best yogurt and pumpkin milk teas I've ever tasted. That positive experience is the reason I'm giving three stars instead of one. I was hooked. They're already baked, but the instructions are to put them in an air fryer (we used a small convection toaster oven) for 2-4 minutes at 350. I also like them split and toasted. This laundromat has the nastiest worker I have ever encountered in any everyday business. I witnessed what I felt was the ugliest side of a human being. I wanted to test an electronic massager from a gentleman who comes to this laundromat regularly, but since the laundromat offers public power outlets, we simply wanted to plug it in and unplug it afterward. This woman would not allow it. She said she would call the police and the owner. The owner, when contacted by phone, seemed to agree with her. Because of the way we were treated, I will boycott this laundromat at all costs. We then went to the business next door, El Charrito Meat Market. They do not have public power outlets, but everyone there was very polite, helpful, and friendly. They even rearranged the place, cleaned the area, and laid down some cloths so that our massager wouldn't get dirty. To top it all off, when the outlet didn't work, they found us a different outlet and did the same thing again. That is kindness without boundaries. Just to allow us to use their private outlets (not for public use), they deserve five stars by themselves. They went far above and beyond what you would normally expect--this level of human kindness is mind-blowing. Ten stars!
