I called the next day, and they were nice enough to get me in for the date I wanted the appointment for. I ended up seeing Jenny. I think it was the quickest haircut I ever had. She is a scissor wiz. She whipped up a stylish do in no time. Then when I went to settle everything, they said the card that was provided to them through ClassPass, was declining. Thankfully, it was quickly sorted out. My stylist Ayla McGhie is so awesome. From the moment I arrived she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I have curly hair and it's always been a struggle for me to find a stylist that understands cutting curly hair. Ayla is so knowledgeable, a true artist, and such a kind, patient and caring person. She did such an amazing job on my haircut. I will definitely be going back to her in the future and recommending her!! Prices are definitely reasonable for the length of hair I had that she had to work with. Tresor Day Spa was able to accommodate my last minute appointment when another salon I was scheduled to go to, canceled on me earlier in the day. I had a hair emergency and needed it fixed asap. Luckily Trésor is very close to me and luckily they had an appointment that same day. My hair was so orange and terrible. After booking I received a call from Kristi and explained my problem. We just took it as worst case scenario and she cleared her schedule for a few hours to get me in. Once I was there she said it wasn't as bad as she thought. Usually color corrections are very lengthy and pricey. Kristi was able to take out the orange and tone it to a silvery blue, which I'll totally take. She didn't charge me the hourly rate of color correction, and I was maybe there 2 hours tops. She also threw in a bottle of blue shampoo in case the brassy orange comes out again, no charge. Kristi saved my ass and I can't thank her enough. 10 out of 10, would recommend. I wouldn't recommend scheduling a massage with Alicia - she may not show up. I scheduled a massage, received a text confirming my appointment, showed up for my appointment, was greeted several minutes after I arrived, was told Alicia would be with me in a few minutes, sat there 10 minutes and was then told that Alicia wouldn't be there - apparently she didn't know she had an appointment on her schedule. The man who eventually ended up telling me the truth about what was going on was another massage therapist there. He offered to take my appointment, which was very nice of him - in fact HE was the only one who went above and beyond to try to make it right (which wasn't his responsibility at all). I was annoyed and knew I wasn't going to enjoy a massage at that point and had more importantly I had somewhere to be immediately after my massage which was now 15 minutes behind schedule. I didn't post a review right away because I wanted Alicia to have an opportunity to make it right and at least contact me to apologize. Nothing. Disappointing for sure. I was sure that Alicia or the owner or SOMEONE would contact me and at least apologize for the inconvenience. Not only was I looking forward to a much needed massage and didn't get it, Alicia wasted a huge chunk of my time which may not be valuable to her, but it's certainly valuable to me. My recommendation to you - skip the massage with Alicia. She won't value your time and clearly doesn't care about her customers. Another important note: this "spa" sits RIGHT on TV Highway so it's noisy. Unfortunately, I never made it into the room to get my massage so I can't tell you if the traffic noise extends into the treatment rooms, but something to consider. Personally the last thing I want is cars and noise in the background while I am getting a massage. For the price that Alicia is charging I was expecting something much nicer - I can go to the spa at The Allison for close to the same price. Another reason to reconsider - seriously, reconsider. If you do go there, go with the male masseuse. He is worthy of your business. I can't say the same for Alicia. read more

I rec'd a pedicure about a week ago and found it be be very disorganized and not relaxing in the slightest! The chairs and bowls for the pedicure are not set up in a comfortable manner. You soak your feet in a round bowl and then lift your feet up on a movable stool, which kept moving the entire time I was getting my feet worked on. The pedicure was subpar and my cuticles were not even pushed back and clipped! I went to choose my color and the girl tried to dissuade me from using it, saying it was too light (assuming she didn't want to have to put on 3 coats). overall there is a lot of room for improvement! read more

I just want to give a feedback for a massage my mom got earlier today with Alicia. We gave my mom a gift card for a deep tissue massage because she has extreme anxiety and a disease that causes pain in her body, we were hoping for her to get a relaxing massage. She told me Alicia did a great job massaging but the whole one hour she couldn't stop talking and laughing. My mom said her boyfriend was behind a curtain/wall or something and tried to scare Alicia which made her laugh even more, im not sure if he works there or if he was just visiting but it made My mom feel very uncomfortable and stressed the whole time. She wasn't able to relax ): so we're a little disappointed that my mom who's a first time client at the spa had to experience that. Great message but not relaxing and professional. I had a two hour ultimate body Treatment with Brian yesterday and it was truly incredible. Rachel is great! The spa is very relaxing and they had soft music playing. I had a basic pedicure and used a spa finder gift card that a friend had given me. They are following Covid rules well and have a rule about cell phones not being used for calls during the service and to take the call outside if you need to talk, that is a great policy I think! They had a great selection of colors and the pedicure was very relaxing. Rachel was very efficient and thorough and I loved the teal color I picked out. I highly recommend this salon! read more

I felt like I had a wooden stick going up my back. The facial was not deep enough at all. The towels used reeked of old mold. The upstairs is a mess as you can see into the supply room. What a great experience I had at Tresor Day Spa, first of all I called on Wednesday to get an appointment, the lady (Rebecca) took my appointment, very nice person with positive attitude and decent manners! The place was very clean, soft music, and very comfortable atmosphere in that facility! The kind lady Kelly who gave me best massage I ever got in my life! My neck was sore due to car accident, she worked on my problem areas, she knew exactly how to do it with out being too aggressive or too soft. She was gentle, caring, understanding, with outstanding professional attitude! I live very far from this Spa, but due to Kelly's performance I am willing to drive 2 1/2 hours to get her service, she has amazing healing power in her hands, my neck is almost more than half way healed! As a recent L.A. transplant, I needed to find a new nail place, so I got the Groupon special, Shellac manicure/pedicure for $35. Nice girls (and it wasn't 4 Vietnamese ladies talking crap about me in their language), clean facilities, offered me wine or water, etc. Not the greatest of services, they were short staffed and very hurried. I think they're all recent beauty school grads, they were asking each other how to do certain procedures or mix polishes. But, nothing is messed up and my nails and toes look nice, I don't feel ripped off. Added a brow wax and I'm not too thrilled with that, I'll probably do that elsewhere next time. Booked a one hour deep tissue massage for my boyfriend next week ($49 special), I'll update when we see how that is. All in all, it's a decent deal for $35. I'd have been really disappointed if I had paid full price ($70??!?!??) for it, though. read more

Would not recommend. I wanted to get my hair colored for the first time. I had completely virgin soft hair down to my mid back so I wanted to go to a nice salon that would take care of my hair. Unfortunately, I left with dried out frizzy hair that wasn't even close to the color I requested. The woman who dyed my hair was not gentile at all. After bleaching and washing with only shampoo, she starts painfully raking a brush through my hair and violently tearing through knots; I could hear my hair breaking as she tried to de-tangle the knots while my hair is soaking wet without any conditioner! I just took the brush from her and did it myself while she mixed the color. Then we get to the color debacle. I specifically asked for a rich/ dark eggplant with dark blue streaks, I wanted to go a little crazy and have some fun. I specifically said NO PINK at least 3 times. So what color does she dye my hair? A mate pink purple with faded blue streaks that looks like a child dyed my hair with cheap Walmart color products. I was there for over 3 hours (no hair cut) and left nearly in tears. The stylist kept trying to console me and tell me it looked so good and trying to get the other customers involved in praising my hair color, but never offered anything to address the fact that it wasn't even close to what I asked for. THEN she tries to style my hair, but my hair is so dried and sticky that the flat iron she used to curl kept getting stuck and yanked out more hair. Pictures attached for reference. I went to Tresor Day 2 days ago. I have attached pictures of my toes on the same day and my nails after 2 days! Pictures say alot about the quality of my mani/pedi. When I went in the receptionist was on the phone and seemed frustrated as she was dealing with some billing stuff it looked like. Had me fill out paperwork then I was taken in and my mani was first. She cut into my cuticle and I said nothing as it was bleeding and burning but she had me soak my fingers in the bowl with marbles even though it was bleeding. I was very concerned as it was an open wound in that bowl so I could pickup any germs and not sure if they sanitize those enough for the next person since it had my blood in it. She saw me trying to stop the bleeding by wiping it on the towel so she got a lidocaine drop that helped stop it. There was no apologies about how I was hurt instead she said oops looks like I got too close. You can see in the pictures how I still have a large opening on my finger. My pedi was good, I liked the very sanitary bowls they have. However the toe polish doesn' t look as good as it should. None of this though bothers me as much as my nails. The next day the clear coat started peeling off and its a mess. Pictures really don't show how bad this is. Honestly there was a cheap place next door to them for nails, I didn't go there because I wanted a quality mani/ pedi so even though they cost $64 I wanted to try them because of quality. It was a big mistake and I will never go back. But maybe their other services are better than nails... I honestly don't know. read more

I went in last week for a spray tan and it turned out great! I was a bridesmaid in a wedding so I just was looking for a little more color, nothing crazy. I loved the result, and it is now almost a week and I still have a little color left over. It has faded really nicely and not splotchy at all. We live just down the road from Tresor and drive by it all the time, and I always wondered what it was like inside. Well, I finally got the chance to find out. My husband decided I needed to be pampered since I am 7 months pregnant with a 2 and a 5 year old already at home, and he'd been gone a lot from working long hours, being out of town, etc. I couldn't say no to that. He told me to get the works, so I did the ultimate retreat. This includes a pedicure, a shellac manicure and then a 2 hour body/facial treatment or massage. I had never gotten a facial done before, so I did that. I was pretty impressed before I even went in. I used their "contact us" box on their webpage to ask if everything was safe for pregnancy, and Sheral (I believe she is the owner) emailed me right back answering all my questions. I called the day before to ask if I could bring some food since I would be there for a long time, including over lunch time, and being pregnant, I would need some food, and she said of course. Then, on the day I was there, she actually served me the lasagna from the break room that she brought for the staff, to make sure I didn't get hungry!!! She knows how to make a pregnant woman happy!! I had one gal do my pedicure and manicure, and she was nice and did a good job. There were 3 pedicure stations, and all 3 were full, so it was nice chatting with the other women (the employees and clients) while we all got our toes done. Then, I moved to one of the few manicure tables. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff was friendly. Next, I went upstairs for the body/facial treatment. Crystal did a great job. The first half included a sugar scrub and a mud treatment where they wrap you in blankets and give you a scalp massage. Then during the facial, she also massaged my shoulders, arms, hands, and neck as well. I felt so relaxed when she was done, it was hard to go back to reality. I am so thankful that my husband gave me this experience and definitely will recommend other family and friends go and get pampered there as well! The staff seemed to all love what they do, and the owner seemed to treat her staff and the clients very well. read more
