I saw the water but did not know where it came from, called David's to see where the water came from. He asked if I used the bleach dispenser, I said no, I do not put bleach in my washers. He tilted the washer front, said I see no signs of water - ok I guess I imagined the water, keeping in mind the water evaporated two days after I called and he came. So I decided I would use the washer again to see if it would leak so I did a small load of colored laundry. The washer started and stopped and the lid light came on, which meant the lid was released so I open it. All the clothes were fine nothing off balance. Pushed the start button again, so after 5 to 6 tries, I unplugged the washer or otherwise the red light would stay on - he was coming to look at it anyway. So I took all the wet wash out of the washer and let it drip dry in my work shop. I have a floor drain there. When he came he asked why my washer was unplugged and I told him. He said "I don't know what you did". I said I put soap in, my clothes, turned on the water, and pressed the start button and it kept stopping. I said what would you have done? He said let me see the laundry you put in. I showed him where I had it drying -- didn't know what to say. The next he said I didn't have enough wash in it. Don't believe that. Then he said he can't come out here all the time because OLDER PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE THESE WASHERS. Insult! I never received any type of manual. After 35 to 40 years of being a loyal customer of David's Electric I will never go there again or buy anything there again. I was use to dealing with his grandmother. She knew how to treat her patrons. Then he said he was going to be nice to me and not charge me a service call. News flash - I just bought the piece of junk and told him to get out of my house. And I will never call him again (which is what they want). I have been laundry a long time and I think I know how to do laundry and start a washing machine. If Senior Citizens annoy you so much, don't sell the stuff to us. But you insulted the wrong person with me. The cost for the diagnosis was $224.19. The estimate to return & change out the malfunctioning dampener was $836.05. This would have been a total charge of $1,060.24 to replace a faulty $200.00 dampener. Our regular HVAC tech recovered, stopped & replaced the dampener for a total of $385.00. This included re-diagnosing the problem, parts & labor. Problem solved. I would never use Carl Volkman & sons HVAC LLC again. Their prices are exorbitant & unfair.

I called ARTISAN'S HOME SERVICES and they sent out Justin first thing in the morning to diagnosed my heating problem with his electronic devices. He pinpointed the problem exactly and replaced only what was broken. I was happy with the work and that he didn't try to upsell me on a new heating unit like most company's would these days.
