She called Valley Vacuum and spoke with Sean, and I told him what we were experiencing.. Sean came to the house and found the source. A few hours later he was back with parts. This is on a model no longer made so he had to make adaptations with similar model. A kind and decent man, and very reasonable with the cost. We needed a new 30" wall oven. We paid for the store to come inspected the old oven and make sure…read morethe new Frigidaire oven would fit in the existing space. We paid $100 for the inspection, that would have been deducted the the price when we bought the oven. they told us the oven would fit fine. They delivered the oven and 1. we were told the we needed an electrician to separate breaker before he could install the oven 2. The electrician came and charge us $275 and said the breaker were fine 3. They came to install the oven agin and left a big space between the oven and the cook top . They said they would have a stainless piece made to fit the open space. 4. Four weeks late they came with what looked like a black piece of wood and I would not let them glue in it. 5. I complained to the store and they said they would call me with a solution. Still have not heard from them, They company Kitchen Solvers that remodeled out kitchen 20 years came and was able to re-position the oven correctly. I still have not heard from Allentown Appliance. Do not buy there.
