On Monday (8/10/26) I needed to have two cavities filled which I have not needed in 20+ years. I was understandably anxious after some poor experiences at other practices. Dr Leo was a consummate professional and his "chairside" manner immediately put me at ease. Throughout the procedure he and his assistant Jane were comforting and checked in with me often to ensure I was calm and relaxed. We came to a mutual decision that I felt comfortable with, and I never doubted that Dr. Wood had my best interests at heart, even if it meant turning down business for him. The lady answering billing questions was not very helpful and at times pretty short. Insurance can be scary and uncertain, and as a patient I want to know (1) what the procedure is going to cost, and (2) if there's uncertainty around costs, what they are, and how they might be resolved. Having a patient and empathetic billing person would go a long way to helping this.

The sweetest assistant, Emily, kept reassuring me that everything was okay. She was such a doll. She was also training another young lady. Emily was very professional with her training. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Burns and her assistant was great when I went in for my initial exam and when I went for my cleaning my dental hygienist (sorry, I forgot her name) was also wonderful. The place was very clean and they had up to date technology. I'm so happy I found my new dental place! Thank you everyone and I'll see you guys in 6 months for my next cleaning.
