From the first consultation, Anu was clear, kind, and realistic about what PT could do for me- no false promises, just thoughtful goal-setting and guidance. I have loved working with Dr. Preetha Nair, who is so warm and compassionate. Even if the intensity varies, every session has been helpful and felt effective. I've never been left wondering whether I'm doing an exercise incorrectly, no one here ever makes me feel rushed or like just "another appointment." The entire team is the perfect balance of being professional while also being personable. Tri-City provides a thoughtful variety of exercises to do at home, so care always feels intentional rather than routine. Where do I begin? I have never ever received such lack of empathy, lack of compassion, racism, degrading and unprofessional treatment in my life. Telling patients to "speak English" while they are waiting for their appointment? Shouldn't they be paying attention to their work? When did we become such a racist country? How dare you especially when you are Asian/South Asian yourself!? From the initial phone call, to the attendants, front desk staff WOW! Who is running this circus? I have been under the care of a doctor who referred me to their offices for therapy. My insurance covered and I had been ready to pay out of pocket if not. Upon arriving the way the staff treated me and another patient waiting I was taken back. I recorded the entire interaction and have reported it to OSHA. They are very racist and unprofessional. If you want to be treated like dirt, looked at up and down and have eyes rolled at you, by all means go on in and be prepared to leave in tears. I will never forget the way especially one of the staff members, who I believe is a physical therapist whispered something degrading while looking at me and laughing at another employee. She was also holding her phone as though recording me in tears. I'll never forget this and I will make sure no one experiences the treatment I did. read more

There are so many things to be thankful For,and the most important one was to say Thank you ! From the bottom of our hearts for my mother's recovery after returning in a wheel chair from our trip for an herniated disk at 86 . Both therapists Roshni and Anu were amazing with their patience,professionalism and encouraging my mother to do the right exercises and so great advice to help my mom recover . Also Carolina was very helpful from the beginning . My mother was extremely disciplined doing all the exercises and now she only uses her cane from time to time and returned to walk in our house without a cane, a walker or a wheelchair . Tri-City Physical Therapy at State St, Fremont, CA. This is by far the best physical therapy place I have ever visited. It may not seem fancy but the crew is extremely professional and hard-working. Right from the front desk staff (Catalina and Kim) to PTAs and PTA helpers (Nick, Candice), everyone works as one single, well-coordinated team, giving you every minute's worth of your time. Everyone is personable and I saw them treat every patient with the same level of respect. Daniel Recoder (PTA) is the best. Daniel is very professional and a perfectionist. Daniel works with you very closely, observes you keenly and makes recommendations on where you should improve, to help you alleviate your pain without getting hurt. Daniel demonstrates the exercises himself, so you can do them in a correct manner. The corrections he suggests may appear to be subtle but they are important so you don't get hurt in the process. Nick Hart is a PTA-AID (going to school, soon to become a PTA). Nick is very attentive, humble, punctual and walks you through the remainder of the exercises and ice/heat therapy. I also worked with Errol Tongo (PTA) couple of times. Errol is also very professional, detail oriented, and personable. I was benefited by their treatment on my knees. It significantly improved my knee condition and drastically reduced my knee joint pain. read more

Friendly, busy. But. I'm not sure what they charge for each person? As far as me? In my experience at other places? These are nit very thorough physical therapists! At least for my issues. It reminds me if my chiropractor? Snap , crackle and pop! For 5 minutes! A hundred dollars a pop! I'm and out in minutes! Wow! I At the physical therapy? It's about 15 minutes? In and out! As far as my experience? I've had longer experience at other places. I got a heat treatment , shock theropy , massage and exercise. Yhat took about 45-1 hour? This place. I do a couple of exercises and go home. So you tell me if that's the correct treatment? For a shredded Achilles tendon? Unfortunately. They have me down as a ankle injury? Oops! I even told them what my real issue is! I still get 3 exercises and go home. What's wrong with this picture? I've seen others there. Take a lot longer and do way more. I'm being honest here. Is sum ting wong? I'm just curious on what they get paid? Can anyone enlighten me? Is there insurance gouging here? I'm just asking a question? It's because that's exactly how I feel. The information on the exercises to do at home are great!! But. It's my time there to actually do actual exercises etc.? If it has to do with this Covid garbage California protocol? It's bull ! I really enjoyed the people, very friendly, but I came out worse than I went in! I had shoulder surgery went in for rehabilitation. One session, not sure what happened but my arm and hand went into a spasm. I inquired, right at the time of it happening "Is this normal? " Still continues to shake and claw. read more

This is just my experience. Maybe it was just that day; I don't know. I'm looking at the review down below and I agree with the woman who stated" it seems like they're afraid to touch you, put your hands even near you" I had an appointment a few weeks back and yes I was 4 minutes late( I looked at my cell phone immediately upon my arrival). They rang the bell and I grabbed magazine flip through it and Priyanka the therapist showed up at the desk. The first thing she said to me is" you're ten minutes late" what no introductions? I proceeded to tell her I was 4 minutes late and I'm sorry yet the rest is on you. I don't think she like that very much. We went to the back and she proceeded to show me exercises and I explained to her I do my stretches and exercises every morning from the exercise you gave me a couple of years ago, from what I experienced the week before with another therapist, they are the same exercises. My doctor's orders consisted of exercises, ultrasound, massage, TENS unit. That session I told Priyanka let's do a few minutes of exercises and do TENS unit. She replied," I don't know if I'm going to do that on you today" I always get tens when I go down there and I told her I thought this was something that we do as a team. I thought maybe being the patient if I felt the need, it should be done? I guess the patients needs are not to be met. I picked up my purse and I left . Now when they got the approval for my insurance company I am assuming that all said orders were to be fulfilled. I told the first therapist that I met with that I can do the exercises at home, I want to do things here that I can't do at home and I want you to show me things I should do at the gym. I am an old cancer patient and I learned throughout that whole experience that I am The Master and Commander of this vessel and I think down there they just didn't like that attitude. I realize they have the book smarts yet I know my body better than anybody else. I wasn't going to waste my time going down there to do exercises why they sit and watch me that I could do at home. Believe me I do my exercises everyday as again old cancer bones. The front desk is so so on hospitality and the place seems to be clean yet if they weren't going to do the things on my doctor's orders they should have told me at the beginning. Such a rude racist facility. Blanca the Physical Therapist cancelled my appointment without even notifying the patient. They don't want to service Medi-Cal patients. I had a torrid time trying to communicate with the broken English for all folks answering the phone. Stay away from this facility, it is owned by one person and it's not a corporation so they can do what they want to poor patients. They discriminate against MediCal patients!!! read more

All the hi-fi placés in the Best of locations and lots of equipment are useless, if they cannot spend 1 hour of personal attention with the patient. Tricity is the Best when it comes to personal attention, and if you have undergone à surgery and wanting to recover from it, you Need to be motivated to do most of the work yourself. I got that motivation from tricity on my first day there after my acl surgery. There is à Guy by Name "Jet" and he is the Best. If the owners are reading this comment, Give him à raise. He sûre deserves one. Also, on my first day at tricity, i never imagined i will be off crutches anytime soon. End of session on day 1, Jet made me walk with one crutch. End of session on day 2, i was able to walk without both crutches. He was not pushing, but motivating.. read more

I write this for my mom who receive good quality of treatment care from Tricity physical therapy. My mom does not speak English and the staff there are very nice, they also provide me information to get free medical translator with my mom during her first evaluation. The front desk lady also coordinate for a Chinese speaking therapist, Gary to help my mom for her lower back. Unfortunately he only work on Tuesday. My mom used to have severe lower back pain and she cannot stand or walk for long, so she had hard time to do her house works. Her therapist Gary does his hands on works on my mom every time and provide details of the exercises. He really emphasis good form and good posture so that my mom does remember to work on her body mechanic and her posture. The therapist has good hands on skills which he likes to release the pain by asking my mom to do certain movement actively. And it WORKS!!! My mom also has a lot fun during the therapy and always smile after she came home. My mom really appreciate all the quality care from Tricity and this place is highly recommended! read more

I just got off the phone with the office manager. I misplaced my paper with my appointment time and date. I knew it was either today or Thursday. I called them this morning to confirm my appointment and got voice mail. I left a message for them to call me to confirm my appointment. I finally heard back from them 6 minutes after my appointment started. They never bothered to check there voice mail. They have two people working the front desk??? Anyway, if you miss an appointment they charge you $20. I told them I didn't think it was fair for them to charge me that as I called them early enough to get back to me to make the appointment. She didn't care and said that they were too busy to call me before my appointment and then complained that they turned away people today that could have used the appointment. I never intended to not come in or cancel the appointment. Poorly, run office... stay away! read more

Jet is by far one of the most knowledgeable people you will ever meet. He has helped me work through the single most serious injury of my life and gave me far better care then any of the doctors I had ever visited for for said injury. Appointment was booked for Monday and they have not clearly specified the date while booking the appointment. Assuming its the coming Monday, I have gone to the clinic, I had to take leave from Office as the clinic works only on weekdays. After going to the clinic, they say appointment is for next Monday. The front office person was even reluctant to say sorry though it was their mistake that date was not clearly mentioned while booking the appointment. When I said I would not come back to them again, she showed no concern. Seriously they need to think seriously on their Front office staff. Tri-City was a great choice to help me after total knee replacement in August. Jane Rodriguez developed an individualized plan and guided me through 12 sessions (2 per week) to improve my leg strength and balance. The office was busy, but clean, well-organized and staffed.
