Therapists are helpful. They are talented, but need more therapists. Appointments are hard to get.

5/5 Stars I can't…read moresay enough great things about Dr. Harris Lee and his amazing team. From the very first appointment, Dr. Lee has taken the time to truly listen to my concerns and understand my needs. He never makes me feel rushed and always explains everything clearly, making sure I'm comfortable with my treatment plan. Thanks to his expertise and care, my back has improved significantly. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping his patients feel better. It's clear that he cares about your recovery and overall well-being. I also want to recognize his wonderful receptionist, Allison. She is always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly easy to talk to. Scheduling appointments is simple, and she goes out of her way to make the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

He adjusted my hip imbalance, and helped me get my orthotics to realign my hip and to help my flat feet. A couple months later I was in after a car accident and since Dr. Lee specialized in it. I felt comfortable going to him for my treatment. Throughout my treatment Lee helped with my pain management and helped healed my neck and back pain. I highly recommend coming to him for any pain you have for you back, hip or anything of that nature.

Don't waste your time and money. They were the worst therapists I had used in my life…read more When I used their services about three months ago, I faced an extremely young and green staff, some of whom were still students at a local community college. Instead of helping me, they doubled my lumbar pain, which they were expected to ease. On top of that, all female staff, including the "manager" and the one sitting at the front desk, were extremely warped in attitude: rude and cold, without even a veneer of courtesy and civility. Overall, unless you have a very high threshold of pain and suffering, don't go there.

The evaluation was very thorough and they took time to understand how the pain started and what movements were causing problems. Each session felt organized and focused, with a mix of stretching, strengthening exercises, and hands on treatment that seemed tailored to my progress. What I appreciated most was that they explained the purpose behind each exercise instead of just having me go through the motions. The clinic was clean, appointments ran on time, and the staff created a relaxed environment. After several weeks I noticed better mobility and less discomfort during work and exercise. Recovery takes effort, but this place gave me the guidance and support I needed.

After a botched surgery, all the surgeons/doctors I consulted had a bleak outlook on my recovery, but Cartney Dzoan and Nelson Tumanda have helped me get back on my feet slowly but surely. They are life savers!!! Both Cartney/Nelson listen to the patient's issues, work with my day-to-day progress/regressions, aches, and pains, and help alleviate them every session with different techniques skillfully. They are magicians and skilled in their craft of healing people! Both of them are true assets to the WHHS team, but more importantly, a significant blessing to patients. I owe my being back on my feet, being pain-free, and getting better daily to both Cartney and Nelson. I really mean it. Two thumbs up! When all other options fail, these two miracle workers will heal you back. May their tribe increase. The front desk staff (Bea and the girls) is very friendly, patient, thorough, and super helpful. But I feel like he is not good at diagnosing issues, which is one of the most important, maybe the most important, differentiating skills between doctors of any kind. He can't tell what problems I have unless I tell him point blank, which is a problem because often the patient doesn't know what the root cause is. And he continues a treatment plan regardless of what problems I'm actually suffering. I have been to many chiropractors, including really good ones and also some bad ones. I haven't gotten better from seeing him 3 times and have actually been in even more pain. That should not happen. 2 stars. EDIT: I ended up finding a chiropractor skilled in Neuro Emotional Technique and I was surprised that she was able to address the root of my back issues, digestion, and waking up every night at 3 am.
