When you are named Tina it's surprising to meet another Tina. We hit it off from there. She showed me the units she had available. I rented 3. When moving my things over there I had underestimated how much room I needed and was able to get another unit without a problem. The grounds keeper helped me one night as it was getting dark I didn't realize there was a bulb out overhead. He came up and changed the bulb and showed me how to work the timer so I was able to get a few more things done. Everyone has treated me with respect. I recommend renting here.

I couldn't even get inside to speak with anyone. No signs, no help--just locked up. So I drove to the Columbia location, hoping for better luck. Unfortunately, it was just as bad. I was told the staff couldn't assist me because they were on a Zoom call for a "district meeting." They flat-out said she wouldn't help any new customers until the meeting ended--maybe around 12:30. It was around 11:50 or so. Frustrated, I drove to the Main Street location and finally got the help I needed. Angel was awesome--welcoming, informative, and professional. Funny enough, he mentioned he was on the same Zoom meeting but still managed to assist me without issue. Thank you, Angel, for doing your job and treating me like a customer that matters. But to the other locations--locking out potential customers and refusing service because of a meeting? Unacceptable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am not exagerating when I tell you that this place, without a…read moredoubt, has the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my 50 years of life. First off, if you are literally 1 minute past 8 PM they will charge an extra $50 fee. They stand very firm on that. A couple months ago I was waiting for a customer to meet me. His ETA was going to be 5 minutes past 8. I asked if that would to be ok. The answer was a rude and resounding, no. My issue wasn't that they were enforcing a rule as much as the way the perfectly reasonable question was answered. His tone was almost like how a parent would scold a child. But just so you know, there is absolutly no grace whatsoever about being off the premises by 8:00 PM My real problem came today, when I was nursing a headache in my car before I could start working on my unit. There was noone else there and I wasn't bothering or in the way of anyone. I was just about to get started when I was confronted, out of nowhere, with a very angry and aggresive staff member informing me that I had to leave immediatly. When I asked him why, he said that the maximum daily time you can be at your unit is 3 hours. Only 3 hours a day? I tryed to explain that I was just nursing a headace and was about to start working on my ùnit. He then, very agressivly ordered me to leave again. "Get out of here!", like I was a vagrent off of the street and not a paying tenant. Because I was suprised and upset about the way I was being talked down to, I muttered f that under my breath as I was getting in my car to leave. The staff member obviously heard me as he got in my face and told me that he was terminating my lease. I had done absolutly nothing to provoke this man. I called the office to talk to the manager, Steven. When he answered, I was met with the same pretentious, confrentational and discourteous demenour. The order had obviosly came from him. So apparently, now I will have to vacate my unit under police supervision. This place is discraceful and I will be seeking legal action. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the trouble and utilize one of the dozon other facilities in the area.
