Blew a stop sign almost causing an accident, and then started brake checking. He stopped abruptly with no signal or warning and put his flashers on, looking to start a fight. He was cursing and yelling out his window. When I tried to go around him, he started backing up into me, and almost hit another vehicle and a rock wall. Now, I'm a landlord and deal with tradesman and contractors frequently. I always ask for an hourly rate for labor, because if they tell you that "we quote you a job price and we charge a diagnostic fee" you have no idea how long that job will take, and it almost always benefits the contractor greatly, and you pay them whether you hire them or not. Instead of $120 per hour, it ends up being twice that much. To make a long story short, they never returned my call to answer my questions, so I hired a company that did return my calls.
