We were pleased with the quality and timing of his work because our kitchen turned out beautiful in a matter of a few days. There were a few minor fixes we noticed after the job was done but Fredy was responsive and made the needed changes. If I could do it all over again, I'd hire Fredy again. Took me 2 weeks to pick up, Kristy was very understanding - she even helped me and my son carry the heavy quarts to our suv. Was also impressed with their showroom that I had to ask for rough estimate for a mini kitchen counter for the floor sample I like for future renovation. Kristy instead gave me a paper estimate/quote which I find responsible, at least I have a reference if I decide. this was last year. Last month, March, our home in OC needed an urgent bathroom fix Since Wayfair, Home Depot, Floor Decor do not have the size of vanity we needed and 2 weeks wait for new order, I came to check with QZ. Unexpectedly, I was able to get the vanity I needed, plus cabinetry, mirror, faucet etc! And gosh, was so lucky they had a promotion that I got them cheaper for those quality quarts and fine cabinetry! And installation fee was minimal compared to others. Am so happy with the quality of the quarts and cabinetry! To top it, Kristy was so ever patient and understanding because I could not decide of what I wanted at first, and then we had a problem with plumbing that we needed to reschedule the installation a couple times.... yup, she's very patient.
